I guess accident shoot nhi huya hai. And if it's not shot then I don't think Prithvi-Sherlyn in responsible for it as Sanjay has left already. Now he will be busy with his wedding preparations.

It has to be Sonakshi, she can't play kitchen politics & cheap swapping tricks she needs to up her game. So,it has to be her only or maybe Sona Sherlyn teamup but this companionship will be dangerous for Sherlyn as Rish has close eyes on her + Sona is cunning she will put all the blame on her if anything goes wrong. Also, Sherlyn has to maintain positive stand for some time to end Rishabh's doubt. But it's upto makers now,maybe Preeta would be responsible for her accident only.

And if accident is shot, it can be Sherlyn-Prithvi-Sona. Maybe due to tight security they're not leaking bts.
