Everything is about the trophy and people like Popat who think its very heroic, selfless and romantic to say that he will happily forfeit the trophy for Shamita, are ridiculed as they should be. Nahi jitne aye ho, to side me ho jao aur kisi aise ko khelne do jo jitne ke liye khele.

As far as Nishant goes, this is the 4th time I am saying since morning that I do not trust him and we know Karan doesn't trust him.. If he is picked it has to be Umar's decision based on what? I am not sure.. if this pays off or backfires we will see.. One thing I know, equations keep changing in the game because it is a game at the end of the day.. Nishant is smart.. he had distanced himself from Pratik towards the end in OTT .. so we will see yaha kya hota hai..Jo bhi ho..Im watching this with an open mind.. with only one thing clear in my head- don't want Shamita to go even in top3. Baki koi jite mujhe usse koi matlab nahi..

She is not a good choice that I will agree with. I don't find any fault in that reasoning because she has not really proven herself serious enough to win this show inside that house, she is a genuine and real contestant but that's not enough if you wanna play the game.

I feel these guys are thinking WAAAAAY too much for this task. Honestly, OTT team ke saath itne strategies ki zarurat bhi nahi hai na itna dimag lagana and the creatives know it too but these peopl utilized too much of their brain power for this task which was just the first week of the race to the finale.

This task like many other instances before was a way for the BB team to let these contestants to either win hearts by being loyal or win brownie points inside the house by choosing good alliances.

IMHO, Umar gained neither in this nor did TejRan.

Nishant has time and time again proven that he is the worst choice as an alliance. He will never ever align with these people, he will always ensure that his side wins.

He has a personal issue with KK, it's not just in regards to the game with him and it's very obvious with how he speaks about him or Teja or anyone related to him on LF.

I don’t agree.

One third season has passed. OTT three contestants were powerful for three weeks. Now majority is in Line behind Shamita sucking up to her. This is not time to play stupid, but to play to gain numbers in support and no time to win hearts. Umar has to payback Nishant anyway. This is good chance for payback.
Everyone including Umar knows Nishant is a snake. Umar also know he cannot win a contestant trust in one task. But Umar has to start working toward it step by step.
Nishant is a snake so it is possible he can bite anyone for his own game including Shamita’s team. It is unpredictable what twist Biggboss brings in. Based on twist Nishant game will change in future. But for now Umar has to pick the best choice he had front of him.

Karan and Teja are his alliance so they were good pick. Picking Afsana was not in interest of anyone. Teja can be advantage in task and play manipulation game.

I believe Umar played well for now.
