I am not sure who he picked at the end. But if he picked Karan, Nishant and Teju. It was a good choice.

For his captaincy task Nishant played a key role. Karan sacrificed his gift. Umar gave Afsana her gift. Afsana did not sacrifice anything. Karan and Nishant should be his first two choice. Taking Teja makes sense in long term because she will be there till finale and has vote bank. Afsana will be out soon.

As per game point of view Umar played smart.

stop calling names to Umar. He played smart according to me.

I agree to everything. Umar said the same thing to Afsana.

Hmm, my 2 cents. Disappointed with Umar, I won't deny. KK and Nishant were fair choices but I can sort of understand where he might be coming from for Teja.

Teja, I think mainly came into picture from yesterday late night conversation. Ieeshan leaving did have an impact (based on Umar-Vishal convo today) because he thought Ieeshan will be on his side since they got closer. But then he got evicted.

Also, Umar mentioned in the beginning of how is he going to look from overall perspective including WKW and it's quite visible that Teja is more highlighted and given importance compared to Afsana - assuming this is a reason, I wouldn't know.

I would have absolutely preferred he choose Afsana in the end. I still firmly believe he doesn't really believe in Tejran (I barely see him encourage it or cheer for them, even less than Afsana) and he told Maisha how much he found it fake. But I guess he took a safe choice here, albeit disappointing.
