I agree, she should stop talking to Toshu till he realises his mistake and genuinely feels apologetic.

This is a better way than slapping.

Forget about Mother, Kid or whatever the relation.. If someone is bad mouthing you, keep them far from you.. doesn’t need to hit them.

100% agree . He does not deserve slap. He deserves to be thrown out of heart , mind and life for ever . And no it’s not his upbringing, it’s how he is from day one . Selfish , ill mannered .

Infact if i remember correctly after sometime he also tried to understand vanraj's pov. Baap ke liye itni understanding aur maa par keechad uchhalna. Ye kaisi hypocrisy hai.

He is one trash of a son. He deserved that slap. Tbh, he is one trash of a person. Doesn't respect his mom, doesn't respect his wife's choices. Left the family to live in luxurious house, never leavea an opportunity to insult his family members....and what not. He is just selfish, spineless person.

Yes why to waste time and energy on him. Just ignore him like doesn't even exist. Infact similar treatment should be done with baa also. I was so angry on anu after watching today's episode. I mean pura parivar hai jo usse pyar karta hai lekin use do kameeno, toshu aur baa ki kami khal rahi hai aur use sochke wo sad hai....i mean hadh hai. Ye un logo ke liye disrespect nahi hai jo sabkuch chhodkar anu ki khusiyo mein shamil hone aaye hain

Wow! Just wow! How easy it is to blame everything that is wrong with someone on their parenting. Toshu was spewing the most atrocious things against his mother but no his mother is to be blamed for it as she did not raise him right.

Even kids who are orphaned in childhood or who grow up being abused become good human beings when they grow up so NO I am sorry Toshu's upbringing has nothing to do with his vile nature

And speaking of upbringing. Anu has 3 kids, if parenting is to be blamed and why aren't Pakhi and Samar standing beside Toshu and insulting their mother? Even the other two saw the same things that their elder brother has seen? Why Pakhi who was an equal partner of Toshu in belittling Anu, trashing her now and calling her a hoe?

And regarding The Slap. Yes! Physical violence is bad and yes slap is not the answer to anything but every person has a limit to tolerate and Toshu breached those limits for Anu and it was her knee-jerk reaction. Even the Indian law gives provocation as an exception against the charge of murder and here Toshu was insulting and provoking his mother

I don’t believe in physical violence either but a well over due slap is sometimes called for. And in this situation it was well overdue! It was not excessive and appropriate for the situation …. Toshi needs to remember who he is… her son, pathetic son shall I say who has never supported her or encouraged her for anything.

I have kids and I want not expect my boys to ever speak to me like that, talk and have an open conversation but not to throw accusations without any cause. And I know as a mother if I did raise my hand on them it would tear me up inside afterwards. But I do believe I would not ever do that unless absolutely needed and in Anupama’s case it was needed.

He can throw baseless accusations at his mother and of course she will throw something back…. A slap 👋

Parenting is difficult and there is the old aged question is it nature or nurture? I believe it nature. As parents we nature our children and generally provide the same love and opportunities and how the child turns out. Twins are a classic illustration for the nature v nurture.
