One of the lamest excuses IMO. If there were any evidence to tamper with and there were a criminal conspiracy wouldn’t the other conspirators already be trying to hide it? Are they really saying there is this huge international drug ring and everyone not already in the clink is too silly to start trying to cover up the evidence so we can’t let Aryan out because he might say, ‘yo hide the evidence’? The only way that would make any sense is if the claim is he would intimidate others to not give evidence which is absurd also but at least that would make more sense

Imagine the plight of size zero celebs, they are supposed to rely on vitamin tablets. Thank god the fans didn't imitate certain super star otherwise there will be lakhs of hit and run case. On serious note, how did ASG even got permission to argue that celebs should be punished harshly, first of all Aryaan is not a celeb yet, media made him a celeb after this fiasco, otherwise he is one of the celebrity's son, not a celebrity. Secondly law is equal to all,thirdly it is not celebrity's duty to direct the young generation to right direction.

The harsh treatment was what NCB said in HC during Rhea’s hearing. I mean, firstly - no one is above or below the law. Law is mete out justice and not make “examples” of people. Imagine, these people are senior civil servants. Sounds like something that the Taliban would do. (HC also rubbished this claim).

Upar se no one knew or cared about Rhea until they made a Tamasha of her life. They are the ones who made her a “public figure”. She was an unknown heroine.

In Aryan’s case they are saying it indirectly where they keep on repeating how influential he is, that he may tamper with the non existent evidence, or flee India. They do want to “set an example” by how many times they keep on ranting about the evils of drug abuse.

All those SSR fans who fight “for justice” and are hailing NCB, have they read the court documents where they have called Sushant a fugitive as if he were a criminal or something?

Aryan being influential and tampering would have worked if anything was kept out of public eye, even if he is a drug peddler or a drug lord, all of his contacts must have fled the nation or gone underground by now If they had anything ASG wouldn't have to lie in court about Aryan telling Aachit's name or submitting one year old chats which have no relation to this case and creating whole ambiguity of my junior told me around it
