According to official court hearing (not “sources” in soke article) there is no proof of any drugs on him… which is why people are questioning why is hes being held…

That’s the whole point.

If someone is out to pin something on you, they will do it with or without proof.

I am just surprised that the industry has not gathered to show support at SRKs house, Only Salman and Arpita has been reported so far, where is KJO? he used to claim that Aryan is his godson!

Pinning something without proof that will be true with a common man not on people with money.. otherwise by now many celebs might be in jail not roaming around happily ..

If there are laws that permit such things no one can do anything about it. I doubt SRK can sue a central organisation.

People do get trapped in legal trouble you know ( not talking about Aryan in general).

For eg, if a wife accuses her husband of harassment in case of dowry, the burden of proof lies on the accused party (only recently they have made some changes in law).

You are forgetting Rhea and Showik were accused of harbouring SSR.

Entire proceedings here.. so you see how merely making a payment for weed for her bf, the NCB accused her of being a drug dealer. It’s too far fetched, if you ask me.
