Exactly ... There are lot of infertile couples... Not only for men ... It is emotionally draining for a woman too if she gets to kNow that she can't conceive.. I thought she will tell that he "will" have issues but here she told he is having it already. She even pretend that she was going to tell about it to Keerthi... I too think that the matter is sensitive enough to and mock the already suffering people... Infertility is a very sensitive issue that better the writers deal with some sense

On a side note, Raghav shared this with Farhad which is welcoming thing to speak about infertility...

I was just appalled watching this today. I've seen marriages soured or destroyed because of infertility issues as well as others where the couple have been miserable for their entire married life, which affects not just them but the extended family too. This is not a joke.

Whether it's the man or the woman who can't conceive, end result is that the couple can't have biological children, so it affects them both. If the roles were reversed we wouldn't find it funny would we and the man would receive a lot of backlash for joking about his wife being unable to be a mother? If she had chosen to lie about this just to prove a point but done it with seriousness, that's one thing but joking about it and conspiring with the doctor too? Ugh...

@bold, I loved this bit too that they are talking about it and that Farhad advised him to consult with the doctor right away.
