I know it’s only a show and we can’t really expect much from itv, but all these things are valid. I am just surprised how nobody will say it because it’s Ragahv doing it and oh, he’s a moorat of perfection.

we will appreciate anything he does. And draw supreme comparisons aggrandising him😌😌

I guess it's more about him not having closure and dealing with abandonment issues? At least that's what I get from the flashbacks.

If this is to show Raghav that he is holding on to memories that give him pain but that he has to let go of the past, once and for all, then it's fine in terms of messaging while they show character growth. But I agree holding on to these old things aren't good for the relationship or for him personally as a husband and as man who wants to make the most of the second chance life has given him at love. If he's not whole, he can't be whole for Pallavi either, and that's not fair to a spouse. Temporary angst, etc. is ok but writers had better show him getting closure and throwing the stuff away or returning it to Esha or something.

What to say? They are delivering such a crap. Actually problem is with story writers I think not others.

I just think 1) the type of love transforms (i.e. goes from a romantic love to a i love you as a person and the care is still there) and 2) first loves are always memorable - regardless of whether you moved on or not (which he clearly did) - so the fondness we saw- I think it was just him reminiscing about those days.

He's not in love with Esha clearly - but he may have unresolved feelings regarding the way things ended and how badly she hurt him. It's not meant to (and shouldn't) hurt Pallavi bc it's not like he's carrying a torch for his ex still. And I dont think he had to divulge anything bc it's in the past - why bring it up - it's not like he's had to deal with Esha while he's been married to Pallavi all this time. You don't go over every single ex with your current s.o. - in fact he tried and then Pallavi didn't even want to hear it. Most people don't want to hear about their s.o's exes.

The box - I agree, it should have been thrown out the second he realized he loved Pallavi (but did the writers think of this track then? No LOL)

Also, think about it this way. If Raghav had been a widower and remembered his late wife fondly, held on to her things, would we judge him for it?

I understand why he kept her things but as long as they show him getting closure I'm fine.

Still on the fence about the flashback scene. The dialogues were going at bullet train speed.

There's no point in doing that Parul.

Apparently it's completely fine for a guy to keep sovenir of his first love or anything but if the girl even gets emotional over a ring that by the way she didn't have but found it in her husband's home (still wierd to say) is actually almost cheating on him.

I think Raghav keeping a rememberance is fine for me a little but why in the his room where he stays as a loyal man to his wife that he utterly and dearly loves. Why keep it in a display for his wife to walk in on anytime unintentionally.

These can also be stuffed in a box inside the storeroom just for his keepsake.

This is a bad writing with alot of loopholes that's it.

Even until the Hyderabad episodes Pallavi was really good, her pain, struggles, etc. were so well written. We were assuming the episodes would be even more brilliant when they returned to RR mansion but that didn't happen. I wish they'd stayed in Hyderabad, frankly and had the same team, same quality.

I'm one of those who used to cheer her non-stop, and even more so after they got married but then I couldn't connect to her since the Mandaar track started. I am so mad at the writers for this.

Writers are bad, but the person who actually watches the scenes, edits etc, how do they approve of it? I mean there is not even a single person in a team that thinks like an audience, fans etc? Sab ke sab paagal hai kya. And they expect to get TRP for this crap. It's good they are not going below 1. But really, where there is no boundary of sensitivity and joke, no balance in leads, just extremes, like really, how do they even let the episode air.
