I don’t know why but Ishani and Prerna have grown on me a lot or at least the new actress of Prerna. Ishani has this Aarohi and Ruhi Vibe as a character but a Maa Bhakt Variant. She doesn’t seem like an obvious oxygen thief like Makhi and Doshu even when she was a villain. It was really sad to see how her own sibling had put her career on stake for a mere useless Bigg Boss. Even organisers of competition hated it. Also one thing I liked about Ishani even early back then was that she had no desire to be a Kothari Bahu at all especially when Makhi was putting pressure on her. She and Raja were friends but she never liked him and never wanted to marry for money. Honestly I really felt bad for her for having a mother like Makhi who was an abusive toxic control freak helicopter mom and was actually quite negligent when she was young. Makhi is essentially trying to live her own dreams and desires by living through Ishani. Such a shameless mom. Speaking of Ishani she got into drugs, became suicidal and was blackmailed by men around her all because of her mom’s toxicity. Girlie deserves better. Also I loved she wasn’t personally interested in Raja even after he married Pari and only pursued him in order to stop her blackmailers. She is bad and in fact really bad but her character growth into a mature person who loved her brother sisters and sister in laws was sweet. Also she does have a great ability to clock every toxic person around her be it Baa Mahi or Pakhi-Toshu. Loved how she took stand for Prerna when Baa started to abuse her and judge her. She totally are and left no crumbs. Also I feel even Upma doesn’t give her half the love she deserves. Upma just loves toxic abusive people like Prem Mahi and OG Pakhi-Toshu when they would still abuse her and humiliate her and hurt her. She always treats people who care for her like trash be it Anuj, Samar, Kavya, CA/Aadhya/Raahi, Ansh, Kinjal and now Ishani. Mahu Ketu ruined Ishani’s career and everyone including even Pakhi, TRP obsessed organisers Gautam Gandhi and Kotharis were horrified. Upmaa should have slapped her like she slapped her and vowed to banish her from the city for lusting after Prem Jeeju. Also I am manifesting painful revenge for Maahu Ketu. She shouldn’t forget that Pakhi was that brat who made Kavya, Mahi’s own mother’s life a living nightmare on a daily basis like a casual mad that Ishani is someone who clocks the same bratty nightmare Pakhi Anupmaa Shah on a daily basis. Also Ishani is also the adopted granddaughter of Ankush Kapadia who is a killed and murdered his own brother and also the granddaughter of Barkha Kapadia Shah(she wasn’t really a shah back then but I believe she and Vanraj are now a couple and living in Dubai and he divorced Kavya) who is obsessed with money and successfully took over a bussiness empire via deceit and trickery. Ishani can be a terrible nightmare for her if she wasn’t such a sorted individual. Justice for Ishani. What’s even worse is that Upmaa eliminated her without asking her before bringing Leela in the team. That moment Pakhi’s rage was genuine as hell
