I don't see the need to get petty here. She's trying to prove a point to him (which is currently failing), she's not trying to humiliate him deliberately (even though it ended up that way a couple of times). I agreed with him when he said she was going off on a tangent because while her intentions are good her approach isn't. So she will keep backing him into a corner and he will lash out. On and on until she gets shot, he sinks into despair, his past trauma comes out, etc. Does she realizes what she's doing to him?
