Is the "Golden Child" done?

Today's episode was jam packed with both families: the Virk's reacting to Fateh's betrayal and the Sandhu's absorbing and reflecting on everything before Tejo came back.

One thing that struck me amongst all of the angst and chaos in the Sandhu household was Satti. She STILL referenced the "bachbana" and "naadani" of Jasso. It really highlighted the issue of the Golden Child who can do "no wrong". We already witnessed that during Jasso and Fateh's wedding fiasco where she downplayed Jasso's actions. We also witnessed how even when her gut instinct is telling her that her daughter is up to no good Sati will downplay and supress it, she's demonstrated that even when a family member like Maami tries to expose her, it won't work because her "golden child" can do no wrong. She goes out of her way to give Jasso the benefit of the doubt even when she hasn't earned it.

Whether it was taking Tejo's clothes, and now her husband there really is no limit to this girl. She sees it, she likes it, she wants it and thats it. It is behaviour that's clearly been enabled from birth from everyone in her family and now they're all surprise pikachu face LOL. Satti has demonstrated that she has a favourite golden child and it is clearly Jasso, whereas Rupy loves his children- and perhaps Tejo is his favourite- but is able to see Jasso's selfish tendancies- but even this for him is too much.

I don't know why but I have a strong feeling that the Golden Child syndrome isn't over yet- let's see if the golden child is done or if she'll live to be the favourite another day.

It's not done yet. According to the precap, the golden child is going to have an accident and with some cuts and scratches here and there, she will again gain the attention of the whole family away from Tejo. 😡

I think memory loss drama by Jasso to gain sympathy and get entry into virk house.

I guess even her fam like satti and all will forgive her and Tejo will finally leave moga as she realises one one cares.

Satti is the worst. How dare she still call Jasmins antics her bachbana and nadani....her daughter is completely nuts and now we know where she gets it from. Ek ullu hi doosre ullu ko paida kar sakta hai.

Never seen such useless parents in my life!! Everytime these two try to confront jasmin , madam just walks off! And they let her!! Every *uckin time man!! Their daughter clearly has no respect for them...inko khud koi self respect hi nahi hai. Aaj tak ek thappad mara ? Acche sanskaar toh de nahi sake isse aur ab uski kartooto pe lagaam bhi nahi lagti inse. 🤷

They will definitely play the majboor lachaar parents post Jasmins accident. Not only will they melt and forgive or compromise with the situation but they will maybe even beg the Virk's to accept that good for nothing woman.

I hope Tejo sees how her family has always taken her goodness for granted. How they have always made her the sacrificial lamb. How they have always forgiven jasmin for her 'childishness'. And she leaves them too for her own sanity and peace.

Tejo needs to disown her family too and move on and out of Moga for her own good. I hope she takes this step. Sadly the PH may not hv the money to show her anywhere else. 🙄
