This is faaaar better than what we see in show.. whatever you have written is real scenario..
Show ppl might have to create a drama for TV audiance and they might have to add some crap or BUILD UP .
I liked it because you kept it soo natural.. Dwani's thoughts were soo natural, any normal person will think about her past, unlike Dwani in the show, who doesn't even bother about her past.. 🙄 Vir's reactions were very genuine.. 👍👍
And the quality of your writing is realy good .

Yes, it really grates me that Dhwani seems to have moved on, not even moved on. Just started a completely new life. When they mentioned in the show that she knows Daksh did her accident. I would have expected at least a little resentment for causing her to lose her memories and family.

Okay so I have read all the parts in one go I don't know how this slipped from my sight. You write beautifully Fazz I like writers who write scenes specifically so this was completely what I wanted to read. I am loving this Dhwani more than the one we are actually seeing. She is confident and want to know about her past this is what I actually wanted to see. Overall this was awesome. Eagerly waiting for the next part. Plus Saba seems to be adapting ideas from here so...

Part 5
Daksh sat in his office wondering about Dhwani being dropped off by Mukhiji. He knew he should trust Dhwani and he did but last nights actions by Mukhiji scared him. It was an honest mistake on Mukhiji's part and he had apologised to Dhwani but why did he go to meet Dhwani at her apartment? He's here to do a deal with me, he could have met Dhwani with me. It made him insecure that another man was meeting his Dhwani alone. He loved her so much, he was so scared someone was going to whisk her away. A part of him knew it was because Dhwani didn't love him. So he was worried that she may fall in love with someone else. However with Mukhiji, Dhwani is right. He's old enough to be her father. He probably didn't see her in that way. Daksh knew Dhwani would never hurt him intentionally. So the least he could do is trust her and the people she calls her friends, which included Mukhiji.
Dhwani's desk
Dhwani went to her desk and didn't know what to do. What a way to start our friendship. Dhwani didn't mean to offend Mukhiji but the words just came out. She didn't like what Daksh was implying and to shut him up, she said those words. Not that they weren't the truth but what must Mukhiji be thinking of her. That she speaks nicely in front of him and then talking badly of him behind his back. She groaned in frustration. Now she needed to apologise to him.
She got her phone out to call Mukhiji but couldn't bring herself to dial the number. How could she? She needed to plan what she was going to say to him. She decided she'll call him after work.
Vir's hotel room
Vir arrived back at his hotel after dropping Dhwani off. He was angry and frustrated. It was a good start to his day and he had made a good start with Bawri. They became friends as well. Why did he have to go into her office? He thought he'll go inside and ask Daksh and Dhwani to dinner. It would be another chance for him to speak to Dhwani. He didn't want to include Daksh but he had no choice. Until Bawri fell in love with him, he had to be nice to Daksh. He didn't know how the man was, so he didn't want to reveal about his and Bawri's past yet. What if he took Bawri away? Those fears consumed him at times. Truthfully, he did feel Daksh must be a nice man. Especially after everything him and his sister did for Bawri but a little thought at the back of his head kept niggling at him. That Daksh would be possessive of Bawri. Vir needed to woo her first and then she, herself would break off the engagement. She cannot marry another, she was his.
First though he needed to find out how she felt about Daksh. She was engaged to the man. Did she love him? Did she fall in love with Daksh in these 6 months. He needed to know. He would have used dinner as a way to find out more. That was before he heard Bawri speak about him.
She had spoken these words before, to his face. That she couldn't love a man of her Tauji's age. This was the same, only she didn't compare with her Tauji. He felt the same as he did then. He was hurt. How could she say that without knowing me? Last time, she said it to cover up her feelings for him. What was the excuse this time? Did she genuinely feel that way?
He had decided, he wasn't going to make the first move. He would wait for her to contact him. Then he thought that she didn't even know that he heard everything. So why would she call him? He realised he may need to make the first move and try to move on from what she said. Just brush it under the carpet. Also, he remembered he didn't want to live in regret. Especially after how he's lived the last 6 months.
While he was contemplating what to do. Veer called him and informed him that Juhi and Manas had been expelled due to their bad behaviour. Vir had had enough. He couldn't keep condoning their behaviour. They needed to be disciplined and the best way would be a hostel. Staying away from family would teach them to value family. This would be temporary however, just until he could get Bawri to come back to Rewari with him. Then they could manage the kids together because he knew he couldn't do it by himself. He decided to get them enrolled in a Delhi hostel. This way he can visit whenever. He also decided he won't introduce the kids to Dhwani until he could convince her or until she got her memory back. He didn't think his children could bear to see their Haathi alive but not recognise them.

Pratap Singh Haveli - Childrens room
Veer and Sudha put both the children to sleep. Sudha holding Juhi in her lap and Vir doing the same with Manas.
S: These poor kids miss Purvi a lot.
Veer: I know. I didn't think Purviji's death would affect them so much. Even when we thought Ma died, they didn't behave like this. Yes they were younger but they grew up 5 years without a mothers love but their behaviour wasn't like this.
S: Purvi gave them a mothers love. The kids didn't have any attachment to Mukhiji. My Purvi brought the kids closer to their father. She decided to do that even when she planned to leave after paying off her mol. Now she's gone and the kids have lost their Baba along with her. These kids are more or less orphaned. We are here and can give them love but we can't replace their parents.
Veer: I wonder where my mother is. If she even knows what's happened here. If she was here. At least the children would get a mothers love. I know my mother can't replace Purviji in Baba's life but she could with the children. This way at least all three wouldn't have been heartbroken.
S: I agree with you but we have no idea where she is, so for now we need to manage.
Veer: Thank you for being here with me and sticking by my side. (Veer placed his hand on Sudha's) Thank you for being my friend.
S: I am your friend and I'll be here for as long as you need me.
Sudha was disappointed. Veer and her still had no husband wife relationship. It had been 6 months and after finding out Priyasi's truth. Veer knew he was saved but he also was stuck in an unwanted relationship with Sudha. They became friends again but that was it. Sudha was willing to wait her whole life for Veer but for now she would remain his friend until he accepted her as his wife. At times she remembered how Purvi won over Mukhiji and they weren't even friends to begin with. Taking inspiration for Purvi, she continued to fulfil her responsibilities. If only Purvi was here to encourage her. Purvi got Sudha married to Veer but in the end, at the cost of her life. That guilt weighed a lot on Sudha as well. If she said no to sitting at the mandap, maybe Purvi would still be alive. Hence why Sudha stayed and looked after the children as that is what Purvi would have wanted.
Eventually Sudha and Veer walked back downstairs. They quietly sat on the table and had dinner and then back upstairs to their room. Veer went and slept on the sofa whilst Sudha on the bed. As she slept, she watched Veer already asleep and wished for a miracle from Kanhaji f0or Veer to one day accept her as his wife.
Dhwani's office
Dhwani struggled with her work the whole day. She kept making mistakes. Daksh was disappointed with her and kept telling her to pay attention and concentrate. Her mind kept going back to Mukhiji. Until she met and apologised to him. She wouldn't feel at peace.
After she finally finished at work. Daksh offered her a lift home. Normally she would go by auto but since they were now engaged. He said people should get used to seeing them together. They are a unit now. They should go to work together and go home together. Dhwani didn't have a reason to refuse. She wondered briefly if her getting dropped by Mukhiji made Daksh come up with this idea.
Daksh and Dhwani got into the car. Daksh drove and she sat in the passenger seat. Dhwani explained about the travel to work situation. That they were getting married. They worked in the same place. They were in each other's faces most of the day. She would need some space from him. The journey to and back from work could be avoided together. Daksh accepted her reasoning and placed his hand on Dhwani's. That action caused her to flinch but not due to static like with Mukhiji. She just didn't expect him to hold her hand. Daksh smiled as he held her hand and then used her hands to change gears of the car. Dhwani put a smile on her face but internally, she was not happy. The problem was she didn't know why. Such intimacies are common with engaged couples then why didn't she like it? She couldn't understand.
Soon enough, Dhwani's apartment arrived and she bid goodbye to Daksh. She entered her apartment slowly. She had had a difficult day at work, as her thoughts went to Mukhiji and Daksh.
She held both of their hands today but there were such contrasting emotions. She flinched when both touched her hand but with Daksh she felt nothing. Daksh was her fiance. Why was she like this? On the other hand with Mukhiji, she flinched due to static but after that there was a tingling feeling left to linger. Thinking of Mukhiji, reminded her that she needed to apologise to him but how to meet him?
That's when she noticed a bag in her room. The bag had her clothes in from the party the other night. She took it out and she noticed a red vest jacket in there as well. It was the jacket that Mukhiji gave her to cover herself with, when she fell in the pool. Remembering that moment, she recalled how Mukhiji moved his eyes away from her body and handed her the jacket. She should have realised then that he is a gentleman, instead of accusing him of touching her later on.
Now with Mukhiji's jacket in her hand. She found her excuse to meet him. With that in mind, she dialled his number.
Vir's hotel room
Vir was sat in his room watching TV, ready to order dinner when his phone rang. He looked at his phone and noticed it was Dhwani ringing. He immediately jumped up to grab the phone.
Vir: Hello.
Dh: Hi. It's me, Dhwani.
Vir: Yes, I recognised your voice. How could I not?
Dh: I need to give you something of yours. Can I come meet you?
Vir: Something of mine? What?
Dh: You left your jacket the other day. I have it with me. I can drop it by your hotel.
Vir: You don't need to come now. It's late and you can give my jacket some other day. There's no rush.
Dh: I know that but you said you're my friend. So can a friend not meet up another, without needing an excuse.
Vir: Erm... I guess so.
Dh: Then I'm coming now. Please text me your hotel name, address and room number. I'll be there soon.
Vir: How will you come?
Dh: By auto.
Vir: If it's okay with you, my driver will pick you up.
Dhwani wasn't sure about using Mukhiji's car after the fight she had with Daksh but he did say that he trusted her.
Dh: Errm. Okay. See you soon.
Vir didn't want his wife travelling by auto. Vir also was going to get what he wanted, dinner with Bawri. Originally his plans included to ask Daksh but it worked out better than he planned. Now he got Bawri to himself. Things were going in his favour and he was thankful for that.

Dhwani arrived at his hotel room but she was hesitant to go into a room with him. Vir noticed this so he said they can go to the hotel restaurant to eat and talk. Vir asked Dhwani about his jacket but she seemed to have forgotten to bring it along and stated she'll give it next time.
Dhwani and Vir sat down in the hotel restaurant and ordered food. They were just waiting for their order when Dhwani took the chance to apologise.
Dh: I wanted to say sorry.
V: For what?
Dh: For what I said this morning. About your age. It was really rude of me. Not that someone young wouldn't love you. There's nothing wrong with you being older. It's just I'm not interested like that. I hope you understand.
V: I asked you one question and you're giving me several answers. Bolne ke machine.
Dhwani was surprised by Vir's words. She didn't expect him to speak like that. She also felt like she'd heard it before but she couldn't have. She didn't know him. Somebody else may have said those words to her in the past. Vir could see that Bawri was lost in thoughts after what he said. It meant she probably remembered but she brushed it off.
Dh: I just hope I didn't hurt your feelings.
V: You did.
Dh: I'm sorry.
V: Don't be. What you said, just reminded me of my wife. Even she said the same thing to me once. How can she love a man her Tauji's age?
Dh: Oh.
V: But she did love me, very much.
Dh: I'm so sorry I hurt your feelings.
V: Can you stop apologising. It's fine.
Dh: So your wife was younger than you?
V: Yes. She was around your age.
Dh: If you don't mind me asking, how did you meet? Many young girls wouldn't choose to marry an older man. Again no offence intended. So I guess you must have had a love marriage.
Vir: No not at all. He said smiling.
Dh: Arranged?
Vir: Yes. We fell in love after marriage but even before marriage, that spark was always there.
Dh: What do you mean?
Vir: When I first met her, I pointed a gun at her...
Dhwani was shocked.
Vir: ...and she injured my foot with a rock. I also saved her at the ghat but her excuse was 'she was diving'. We met and we took an instant dislike to the other. The third time we met, we were married.
Dhwani's mouth was left open in shock. She was amazed at how their love story started, not knowing it was her story.
Vir: She didn't know she was marrying me and neither did I know about her. My uncle chose her for me and I thought he chose a crazy girl for me. That's why I called her Bawri.
Dh: That's so sweet. You still love her?
Vir: I always will.
Dhwani gently placed her hand on top of Vir's on the table. Vir was surprised by the action but let it be. Dhwani was just trying to comfort him but after she placed her hand on his. She had that tingling feeling again and then quickly took her hand back. Vir noticed this and instead asked Dhwani about Daksh.
Vir: So tell me about yourself and Daksh.
Dh: What about us?
Vir: How did you meet? How did you fall in love?
Dh: Ermmm.
Dhwani didn't know how much to tell Mukhiji but then again, he was honest about his wife so it's only fair to be honest too.
Dh: We met due to an accident. He found me injured and got me treated by the best doctors in Delhi. He gradually became my best friend and now my fiance.
Vir: What about your family?
Dhwani didn't know how to respond to that, she wasn't comfortable sharing with Mukhiji about her memory loss. Vir, on the other hand realised she explained how she met Daksh but ignored the question of falling in love. Vir was grateful to Daksh for one thing at least, he saved Bawri.
Before Dhwani could reply. Their dinner came. They sat and ate, the previous conversation forgotten. Just enjoying their food and talking about their plans the next day. Dhwani mentioned going shopping for her engagement at the shopping mall. After they ate dinner, Dhwani was ready to leave. As it was late, Vir said that he will drop her home, as he didn’t want her going home so late with an auto. However Dhwani insisted on going home by auto. So Vir insisted on walking her to an auto at least and Dhwani accepted.
As they were walking out of the hotel. There were a few men, they seemed to be drunk and started eve teasing Dhwani. Vir got angry and was ready to approach them but Dwani stopped him, saying not to give them the attention. The men started following both Vir and Dhwani, making lewd comments. Eventually one of them managed to grab Dhwani’s wrist. That’s when Dhwani took the man's hand off her wrist and placed a slap on his cheek. ‘Touch me again and I'll break your hand.’ Bawri said. The fact that they touched Bawri made Vir angry. He proceeded to beat that man up. Vir beat him so ruthlessly that the other men just stood there in shock. Eventually Dhwani stepped in and stopped him, saying 'You'll kill him!’ Vir let him go and the men ran off.
Vir: THAT is one of the reasons why I didn’t want you going home by yourself. You’re going with me by my car now.
Dhwani knew it wasn't a request, she had no response to that and went with Vir to his car. He drove her home and it was just complete silence in the car. After she arrived at her apartment. She thanked Vir and left the car. Vir stood outside of her apartment until she went in.

Vir’s hotel room
Vir arrived back at his hotel in a foul mood. Why did she insist on travelling by herself? If I wasn’t there today, God knows what would have happened. Thankfully nothing happened. He tried to forget what happened with the men outside the hotel, as other than that, he had a great day with Bawri. They spent some time and had dinner together as well. From her talks, he could tell that she had no feelings for Daksh other than gratitude. She will soon come to realise that only I reside in her heart. She also didn’t reveal to him about her memory loss but no matter, slowly she’ll reveal everything to him. With that in mind, Vir counted it as a successful day and got ready for bed.
Dhwani’s apartment
Dhwani arrived at her apartment relieved. Thank God Mukhiji was there tonight or God knows what would have happened. She was grateful to Mukhiji, for dropping her off. It seemed like he was a bit protective of her but she liked it.
As she got ready for bed and started brushing her hair, she looked at her hand holding the hairbrush. She remembered the tingling feeling she got again when she placed her hand on his. She smiled remembering what her hand felt like on his. She kept brushing her hand where it touched Mukhiji’s. What’s happening to me? She jumped out of her thoughts when she realised what time it was. She quickly got into bed and remembered the nice day she spent with her new friend.
