Aishwarya had a very bad phase during 2003-2005 because of SRK refusing to work with her.

She was numero uno actress after Devdas. SRK's refusal to work with her harmed her career so much. She decided to do small independent films like Chokher Bali, Raincoat during that period. Both of these films were critically acclaimed. Chokher Bali became an iconic Bengali film and turned out to be a sleeper hit in Bengali industry. Raincoat won national award for best Hindi film of 2004.

Aishwarya did Bride and Prejudice in English and it became a hit.

For Bollywood her career was going down till Kajra Re. Then she did Dhoom 2 (blockbuster) and Guru (super hit).

Her best after Devdas was probably Jodhaa Akbar. It was hit in India but blockbuster overseas.

Endhiran was another milestone. It was a blockbuster.

Her career's top classic films are three films. Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas and Jodhaa Akbar.

She could have had more great films including Veer Zaara and Parineeta but SRK sabotaged her career during that period.

No. Last year she was there at Cannes as Chopard's breand ambassador.

As much as I’m not fond of Aishwarya’s choice of movies, I wouldn’t say that she has ruined her career. She has obtained enough fame on both national and international platforms.

She’s tasted success in BW as an established actress. She won a Miss World pageant. She was the youngest actress to be awarded Padma Shri. Furthermore, she was honoured with First Ladies Award by President Ram Nath Kovind for being the first actor to be recognised as a Global Icon from India and the first Indian actor to be a jury member at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.

These are just a few of many achievements. Members are welcome to hate on her because she’s not considered a ‘good actress’ but to undermine her success is laughable. At age 47, Aishwarya Rai has opened many avenues for all the currents actors/actress to enjoy expanding their career opportunities internationally. So let her 47 year old beautiful self enjoy her life as she pleases. She lives for herself and not for us.

Aishwarya was not the youngest actress to be awarded Padma Shri. Smita Patil is the youngest actress to be awarded Padma Shri. Smita was 30 when she was awarded Padma Shri in 1985.

Aishwarya was 36 when she was awarded Padma Shri in 2009. But Aishwarya has to steal other's limelight. Why isn't she ashamed of lying so blatantly?

Aishwarya is one of the many ladies who were awarded First Ladies Award, not for being a Global Icon (clever tag invented by her to marker herself) but for being the first Indian actor to be on Cannes Film Festival Jury. This once again is a PR lie because Mira Nair is the first Indian actor to be on the jury of Cannes Film Festival in 1988.

Aishwarya has never opened any venues for anyone. Everything she has done is for her own fame and glory. Instead of helping others, she has always tried to destroy others' careers and always steals credit from others. When she was competing in Miss India, she forced the organizers to not send Sushmita Sen to Miss Universe and send her instead even though she lost the competition to Sushmita. Sushmita cried when she revealed this dirty game played by Aishwarya in 90s.

As an actress, Aishwarya has always tried to steal movies from her co-stars. She frequently says that all movies are offered to her and she is the first choice for everything and everyone is beneath her.

As a L'Oréal ambassador, Aishwarya used her connections to stop L'Oréal from signing Sonam as a brand ambassador. Aishwarya tried to ruin Sonam's career. Sonam got angry and called her aunty.

There's a Miss World pageant every year, so Aishwarya winning the pageant isn't a historic event. Sushmita Sen is the first Indian woman to win Miss Universe so Sushmita's win is superior to Aishwarya's.

Aishwarya lives just for herself. She has never helped others, she has never done anything for the country. She is in love with herself but acts like she does the world a huge favor every time she steps out in floral gowns to sell drugstore cosmetics.

People are free to work with whomever they want. SRK can work with whomever he likes. He is an independent person who has the right to work with (or not work with) whichever actor or actress he wants to. It is Shahrukh's personal choice if he wants to work with Kajol, Juhi, Rani, Preity or Deepika or Priyanka. It is Aamir's personal choice if he wants to work with Juhi, Madhuri, and Rani. It is Karan Johar's choice if he wants to work with Alia. People can work with whomever they want.

Why does Aishwarya think everyone in the world owes her something? Why does she think that people should be forced to work with her? Why does she think she has the right over everything? She really thinks the world revolves around her and everyone should do what she wants. Egoist!

Aishwarya was not the numero uno actress in any year. She had one hit in 1999 (HDDCS), one hit in 2002 (Devdas), one hit in 2006 (Dhoom 2), one hit in 2007 (Guru), and one hit in 2008 (Jodha Akbar). HDDCS was hit because of Salman, Devdas was hit because of Shahrukh, Dhoom 2 was hit because it was a YRF franchise, Guru and Jodha Akbar were semi-hits. She has done 47 movies in her 21 years career (1997-2018) and only 5 are hits and those are hits because of the male co-stars. Having only 5 hits out of 47 movies is a terrible record. But she cleverly marketed herself as the Queen of Bollywood, Bollywood's biggest star, the woman carrying Bollywood on her shoulders....she's one clever woman!

Choker Bali is flop. Bride and Prejudice is a low-budget British film directed by an Indian director and it didn't even recover its budget. Enthiran is Rajni's film, it was hit because of Rajni...Aishwarya was just a showpiece. Her last hit was in 2008. All her 9 movies after that have been disasters. But of course it is other's fault that those movies were flops because Aishwarya is never at fault.

Blaming Shahrukh to sabotage her career is cheap. Aishwarya just loves to play the victim card in every situation. Everyone in the world is bad except her because she is an angel who has never done any wrong. How many more years does she and her fans plan on replaying this victim story from 2003? It'll be 2080 and we'll still be listening to Aishwarya's victim tales.
