After frustrating episodes back to back I felt like writing this to just feel a little lighter . I don't know if this will be an OS / Drabble or SS. Hope you guys like this piece . Happy Reading 💓.
~Main Aisa Kyun Hoon~
Part 1
Raavi was done changing and then she got the strong smell of Hing as she picked her duppata . She sniffed it over and loudly announced about the smell.
Raavi : Hey Bhagwaan ! Ye mere duppate se itni tez hing ki mehak kaisi aa rahi maano kadak tel mein hing ko kisi ne tadka maar diya ho .
Shiva entered whilst listening to Raavi and misunderstood her thinking she was speaking about the tel on his clothes .
Shiva while pulling her other hand rashly shouted at her .
Shiva : Kya bola tune ? Bohot tez hing ki badbu aa rahi hai ? Itna problem hai tho chal yaha se nikal.
Raavi didn't understand his reaction and just stood dumbfounded at his reaction.
Shiva : Kya hua sunai nahi deta ? Pehron mein gond laga hua hai ? Itni problem hai na tho chal ho jaa yahan se one two ka four .
Raavi : Shiva aisi baat nahi hai . Mujhe hing se allergy hai issiliye main bas woh khud se ek haath ki doori par rakhti hoon. Mujhe uske smell se irritation hota hai aur intake bilkul nahi kar paati .
Shiva : Accha tujhe abhi hing se bhi allergy hai ? Dust se thi aur theeka nahi kha sakti , meetha nahi khati aur ab ye ? Ye bhi sahi hai jhoot bolne ka mast tareeka hai jab ki allergy tho tujhe mujhse hai ! Tu chahti hai na main tujh par bharosa karun? Iss rishte ko mauka doon?
Raavi : Haan Shiva obviously main kitne dino se ye kehne ki koshish kar rahi hoon . Ye dekh hing ki daabi idhar kapdo pe Giri thi issiliye woh smell aa raha tha .
Shiva got a glass of water from the kitchen and poured some hing in it .
Shiva: Le ye pi . Ek tho main janta hoon tujhe koi allergy nahi hai aur do mera bharosa jitne ke liye tujhe ye pina hoga . Main jaanta hoon ki tu ye pi ya na pi tu mera bharosa zaroor thodegi .Piyegi tho tera jhoot pakda jayega aur nahi Piyegi tho bhi tera jhoot pakda jayega.
Raavis eyes had turned bloodshot listening to his bitter words . She didn't give a damn about her allergy , proving Shiva wrong was everything right now whatever the consequence be .
She snatched the glass from Shiva and gulped it in one go . Meanwhile Shiva was staring at her angrily right into her bloodshot eyes .
Shiva: Acchha hai . Naatak accha khel rahi hai tu .
Raavi: Shiva main koi naatak nahi kar rahi samjha. Maine jo karna tha kar liya tujhe aur koi safai nahi dungi main.
Shiva didnt want to face her anymore so he turned his face to the door , her broken expression was breaking his anger and resolve slowly and he wanted to feel angry after all that he heard.
Suddenly Raavi could feel the side effects of her action kicking in , her skin started itching violently . She tried avoiding it but couldn't do it . Her lips were slowly swelling .
Shiva : Dekh Raavi main aur ladna nahi chahta , bohot ho gaya ye chuhe billi ka khel .
He had turned around to tell her he wanted to call quits when he saw Raavis red skin , swollen lips and her convulsing form. She was convulsing so violently it scared the wits out of him .
Shiva : RAAAVVVIIIIII
He immediately ran and lifted her head . He took the other end of the spoon and kept it between her teeth and tried to hold her arms to stop her from convulsing . When her body was slightly under control he lifted her in his arms and ran towards the back exit . He didn't want a scene right now and delay in getting Raavi to the doctor.
He called a taxi and place her in and kept moving his hand on her head.
Shiva : Aeee Raavi mere saath reh samjhi . Kuch nahi hoga tujhe . Main kuch nahi hone dunga . Suna tune ?
Tujhe iss Shiva ke saat bohot ladna hai . Ye tho bas shurwaat hai .Please aankhein khuli rakh .Pleaaasee.
Shiva rushed to the hospital as fast as he could with Raavi in unconscious state and swollen lips . The minute he saw the doctor wheeling Raavi away to the emergency room guilt washed all over him . It was his doing , his insecurities that landed her in hospital .That girl had just willingly taken a self harming step just to win his trust when he felt he wasn't worth all the trouble she took. He felt he wasn't worth her and here she was fighting tooth and nail to prove her worth when it should've been him doing that .
He was extremely scared .He couldn't lose her at all and he was about to get her to leave his life by separating from her . He needed to apologise real bad . He messaged Krish about their whereabouts and situation and told him to inform everyone once all the outsiders left .
Shiva was getting extremely restless. The doctor came out in some time which felt like eternity to Shiva . He ran to the doctor to know how Raavi was doing , he needed to know she was alright .
Shiva : Doctor Raavi kaisi hai ? Usse kuch nahi hua na ?
Doctor : Arey bhai teri biwi bilkul theek hai Somnath ki kripa se . Somnath ko bada wala thank you bol ki tum dono time pe yaha pohoch gaye . Uska breathing pipe block ho raha tha minute by minute due to swelling because of the allergy . Time par medication dene ke wajah se woh swelling control mein aa gaya, hume thoda oxygen supply dena pada beech mein .
Shiva : Doctor abhi breathing problem nahi hai na? Wapas se convulsions tho nahi honge na? Swelling kam hui ? Aur rashes ?
He gushed as he was scared to death after listening to the doctor , he would've lost Raavi because of his stupidity.
Doctor : Tension lene ki baat nahi hai. Breathing and convulsions hone ke chances bohot kam hai if we monitor her properly.Swelling kam tho hui hai lekin lips pe thoda sa hai . Rashes jaane mein time lagega .
But hume unhe 48 hours observe karna padega so that there is no reaction to medicines and just generally sab theek ho iske kaaran .
Shiva : Thank you so much doctor . Main aapka aabhari hoon .Aap nahi hote tho main mar hi jaata . Aapne aaj ek saat do jaane bachha li.
Kya main raavi se mil sakta hoon ?
Doctor : Ofcourse lekin filhal we have given her sedatives to rest . Aap ye davai lekar bhi aa jana jo maine prescription mein likhi hai . Aapko ek hafte tak unhe deni hai without fail subah aur Shyam ko .
Shiva : Ji doctor thank you so much. Main over careful rahunga .
Doctor : Aur ek baat Shiva , tumhari biwi tumse bohot pyaar karti hai .Saansein jitni bhi dheemi ho uske muh pe tumhara hi naam tha. Kehte hai na jab maut se saamna ho tho sabse zaroori insaan aankhon ke saamne aa jata hai lagta hai aapki biwi ke liye bhi aap unki jaan se zyaada bad kar ho .
Shiva had wronged terribly this time .Judging raavi based on past diary and Sneha was so wrong.How could he have forgotten their journey before thag .He collected the medicines as fast as he could and rushed to his wife's ward to check on her .
The sight in front of his eyes broke his heart . His raavi looked so weak and tired . He had hurt raavi , this was all his doing and he would make things right . He had decided he would set things straight.
