I think an actor should evolve with new characters. I don't want Saishi to get stuck into one role until and unless it's still logical. Once it goes south i think it's better for them to move on.

Agree. It's about evolving and learning, they should evolve and should learn and experience new things and if they are not getting this, then they shouldn't stuck into this.
