There is no balance

What i have noticed is people saying Sona is not making an effort to bond with Ayush which is true. However she is trying to find a balance so both Ayush and Soha dont feel left out. How can there be balance when majority of everyone giving every attention to Ayush and nothing to Soha? I know people question Soha's attitude and behaviour yet the home where she is the laadli and all: all of a sudden that changes, she is going to react in a way where 'why has this been taken off me?'. For me she is reacting normally as she doesnt know whats going on.

My main quip is that there is no balance of care and attention between Soha and Ayush off Dev, Sona and Ishwari. Sona is the only one i see trying to find a balance the two kids. People are going to say Dev is aswell however i dont see that at all. It maybe unintentionally however there has been distance between them. Also how easily he decided to let Soha meet Ayush's grandparents without consulting Sona was a severe error in judgement too. Dev is ignoring Soha and that can be clearly seen. Ishwari said Soha will have the same place as she does now even when Ayush arrives. Yet she is not true to her words at all and alienating Soha so much that she is not even caring the impact of her behaviour change will have on a child who is used to all the love, care and attention. We saw the reaction of Soha on puja, she is so hurt by all of this as she think he is a stranger who is taking her place. I know she is young yet i am sure u can find a way to explain to her in which she doesny feel less loved or alienated. She is left in the dark and its hurting her so much. Please for the child's sake, tell her the truth.

Dev and Ishwari have to find balance: atleast Sona is trying to find it. Dev and Ishwari are not doing so which for me is injustice on Soha as they are depriving Soha the love, care and attention she requires at her age and that she is used to without giving her a valid reason for the change in their atttiude and personality. Dev and Ishwari have to find balance or else this will not end well for them.

Very true. Today on top of it they made mamaji saying dev, sona shd push herself to love ayush. These elders don't see effort sona putting at work, home n children. On top of it he is saying dev, don't take too much stress. Even mamaji character changed 😡

I feel it is unfair that a lot of folks are blaming a nine year old girl, calling her spoilt & selfish!

For a child who was the favorite of everyone is now seeing somebody being given equal if not more importance how do they expect 8-9 yr old to react.

Dev as usual is not able to balance anything & ishwari has regressed to her toxic self. Sona is now the preleap sona who is not putting forward her thoughts & ideas much more forcefully.

It is sad that such beautiful characters and show being butchered to take a disjointed story forward!

Writers have dumbed that down to create drama between the kids.this will end in soha trying to hurt ayush and ishwari scolding soha.

Sona is still figuring stuff out as this has more of an impact on her than Dev/Ishwari as majority of Soha's young childhood was with Sona as her single parent so for someone to suddenly the child who was ur lifeline during the difficult year of your life is yours? She needs time to find balance which she is trying to find. Dev and Ishwari are not going to find balance until everything has turned into a mess. They are tunnel vision on their approach which has to change.

“ I hate you “ notice when a child uses word “ hate “ we must correct don’t use hate instead say “ I don’t like you “

Hate is a strong word to use by any one esp by a child

Today ‘s behaviour towards two old people

Over here ( I don’t live in India) we shake hand even children, if children don’t shake hand they will smile and say “hi” at least smile .

Not walk of like that , there was no Ayush or Ishu

There were two old people , instead of correcting the child mom says “ she is a bit reserved”

Weird parenting I must say

I am not talking about teaming up and “ bullying”

Actually I am worried for soha. If sona don't take stand properly, soha might go into depression. Then all will b seeing as spectator?

Okay this is a personal story. My buaji was very much like ishu. She had a son and she pampered him too much. She gave home everything he asked. She had no other children then but whenever we visited she even took things from us and gave to him. He at that time was a spoilt brat.

But afterwards she had another kid (when the elder brother was 11). Then she shifted all her focus started to neglect the older kid. Asked him to do everything for his younger brother. Stopped buying things. Even beat him when he didn't fulfill the younger brothers desires or when they had a fight. She shifted him to the hotter without ac room on the terrace alone. He became severely depressed.

7 years ago the elder brother commited suicide when he was in 10th. I was very young then so I don't exactly what was the immediate reason. But in the note he wrote that " jaisa mere sath Kiya vaisa siddhu ke Saath mat Karna" siddhu being the younger kid.

So what Soha is going through is very real and people are stupid they expect kids to behave like adults.

I agree. Twitter was abuzz yesterday that even though Dev and Sona are having some distance, Dev is discussing all the matters related to the children with Sona. And I felt that I was the only one in the world who disagreed. He didn't discuss it with Sona, he simply informed her. He should have told the old couple that he will discuss it with Sona and get back to them. Instead he just agreed and informed Sona, Maine Haan kar diya Hai.

I don't really comment here but is quite interested in the season. I feel like most elders mistakes children as dumb people here also similar is happening. Having a 10 years old child at home I realise that they understand so much we don't credit them for.

Sona and Dev should sit with Soha and be honest with her and communicate. I'm not talking about saying the exchange part but putting across how and where Ayush stands in life and their house. Not the way they're doing now. This explaining things in installments is only harming them both. By the time Soha realises the depth her behaviour might have already scared Ayush forever. Or Soha not understanding the predicament with make her cut off her emotions from the family for like forever. They are in an impressionable age and Dev and Ishworry's treatment might take Soha away from them forever. Sometimes it's best to be practical, which Dev and his mother aren't now. Sona is trying which makes it good enough. Some love gives you wings and some chains. We can clearly see it in case of Soha. Bijoy Asha gave her security and wings, Worryji only chains on her feet 💔
