No comparison. Milind Soman was and still is hot. He looks so good with all that grey hair .

Roshan was never hot to me. He bores me. Something's very childish about him.

Milind Soman anyday. Easily the hottest and most handsome man onscreen till date. He had effortless charisma and was in every top ad, music video in 90s. He still looks hot for his age. Totally Greek god type looks.

Hrithik is handsome for sure but cannot match the oozing raw sex appeal of Milind Soman.
