Why Progressive ITV show don't work out

1st point of because of TRP pressure, new concepts show have to face TRP and if they can't make up to the mark they have to face channels

2nd point TRP audiences they are the main factor to run any show long and TRP people they are so used to watch same old sasa bahu drama show that they don't accept new concepts show and progressive stories

3rd point and main point big show makers they are the main reason why our Indian TV shows are not changing because they don't want to bring new changes in their show and try to change TRP aunties Views for any other different content show..... Big show makers they just want to make money and nothing they don't have any problems to show a over dramatic sassural and all A typical ablanari FL leads....

4 th point Big TV channel they are also just want to earn money they just talk about girls power and progression but they don't support a different concept show because they can't bring big TRP.... They totally support negative filled show just because they're making TRP what impact it will cause on audience isse unhe koi Matlab nhi hai

So that why i don't have high hopes if ever our Indian TV will change 😃

If i have to answer it in one single sentence then i will say, because the trp audiences are not progressive.

I'M GLAD THAT MY DADU CHOSE TO WATCH THIS SHOW OVER EVERYTHING ELSE. ATLEAST HE ENJOYS IT & WISHES WHY DON'T MAKERS DROP 2-3 EPISODES IN A DAY OR WHY THE EPISODE ISN'T LONGER. 🤣PLUS, HE COOKS HIS OWN THEORIES WHICH HE TELLS ME EVERY NIGHT BEFORE SLEEPING. BIGGEST PANKHA HE IS OF THE SHOW + HE HATES SANKI LIKE WE DO 🤣

The main issue is with the channels who really don't want come out of their comfort zone. I prefer limited episode shows. I wish some show makers experiment with such limited episode shows. There were few shows even on StarPlus which such a concept, even though the TRP were low they just told the story and finished. But the channel's don't have the confidence to take the risk and change.

Most of the story in any show is good for 100 episodes because that is what the writers have thought about and promised, beyond that everybody has to think illogical tracks. That is one reason I like the Pakistani shows. It's to the point and its done.

The audience also needs to change. Only if they patronize such shows will the makers be bold enough.

This show is fantastic and the cast is really top notch not just the leads who are fantastic, but also the support cast especially Ved and Mandar. I watched the actor playing Mandar's shows in Marathi, the guy is superb. Great he is getting a chance even if in a somewhat negative role.

All I want for MHRW is for the makers to tell their planned story, show some romance between the leads in the end and gracefully end it with good memories. Frankly not interested in the story of RaghVi's children and grandchildren.

I think ppl watch for entertainment more than what show is preaching. If something is entertaining then they will watch irrespective of other issues. Like reality shows have audience. TMKOC is continuously top rated. Mythological shows have audience. So I feel its more about how engaging and entertaining a show is dn jst cause or lack of it. If most loyal fan base too fast forward scenes when they hv choice dn a regular person watching on TV won't show that much patience for a show. And entertainment is subjective. Old gen have dere likes new gen hv dere.

MHRW did a great job in the begging of the show also did amazing work in the lockdown but now in TRP pressure they are messing up some things

The thing u r claiming bakwas can be replaced if u cn provide better product. If in almost 6 months u r stuck at 0.9-1.1 then there is issues. Just blaming it on audience won't help. All the sub shows don't have saas bahu drama. The music talent show don't hv dt drama. Even shows like ahilya bai don't have saas bahu drama and they r also fetching TRPs with smaller channel reach.

I get that u and others like the show but we all can count number of issues with show itself before blaming on audience, PH etc. Everyone fast forward many scenes when u r so passionate about show. If show can improve quality the audience will come. And star plus too like money. If show will bring reach they will push it. And if previously MHRW scored 1.1 and now both MHRW and SSK2 are scoring 1.1 that meant audience was their before too. But product wasn't able to tempt ppl. Good show can bring TRP no matter how many saas bahu crap are running. Those will be dere because majority in India are still housewives from middle class and dey hv dere taste developed like that. Not all r on Indiaforums.

First rule of business know ur product and know ur audience.
