Boy, did I miss your angst or what!? 🤗
Haha...even I missed it😌😌
Tejo truly has given so much of herself to others, that she had nothing left for herself. She's always been a giver and naturally, everyone around her became a taker. I'm glad she finally chose herself and put herself first.
It takes a hit and a break to understand the priorities. It took breaking her to decide to place herself at the top.
Amrik's obsession over JasFa makes little to no sense to me, but you explored it really well! He indulged himself, created drama where it wasn't warranted, and yet, he's not content. That's what happens to anyone who tries to meddle in someone else's matters.
The Amrik in this fic was a delusional boy with dreams of Sandcastles unable to fathom the consequences of his own actions. He saw only one side of it and decided that he knew it all. He poked his nose where he wasn't wanted and years later is haunted by his own actions.
As for Fateh... kya hi bolun... you make me love him and his misery every single time! ❤️
Hehe. I love troubled Fateh..kya kare...him is pain is my signature now a days.
He lost his last chance at love. He lost his light, his happiness, his companion. He lost it all just because he couldn't get his priorities straight. I'm so glad Tejo didn't give him another chance. Even if she misunderstood his intentions, even if he didn't mean to be with Jasmin in that way, he still never put out the fire that Jasmin and Amrik created. He let them get under his wife's skin. He let them speak ill about their relationship. He let them look down upon his wife. He didn't protect his relationship and Tejo could've only shielded it so much. It takes two to uphold a marriage and frankly, what reason does Tejo have to keep fighting when he's showing no signs of wanting this marriage to work?!
Exactly. He might have been framed but he did put fuel into the fire and fanned the flames high.
I hope you're able to write a second part to this and shed light on how Fateh's coping without Tejo. Would LOVE to read more angst, especially from a perpetually troubled Fateh's perspective.
