That's animal abuse...that shell of turtle its part of them, even though its hard but still it would be very painful when a human being put their heavy weight in it. Are these people fools or just inconsiderate? They don't value an animal life.

Poor turtle...but I'd did some google research and found this. Can't say if that tortoise can bear that weight.
