I dreamt of becoming a vampire when I was a child (thanks to being obsessed with horror films) and would dance to Ek Do Teen on repeat.

I would get my parents to buy me barbie dolls by telling them that the barbie is staring at me and no matter how much I looked away, the barbies eyes would continue to stare - telling me that I should buy it.

If I’d fall down, I wouldn’t move from the ground until someone picked me up. If I hurt my arm, then somehow I would lose the ability to walk. In fact, I once fell in the middle of the road and refused to get up even when a car was beeping at me. A couple ran to me concerned as I absolutely refused to budge from my position (laying face down on the ground). The fear of being kidnapped was the only reason I got up and ran back home - otherwise I was content blocking traffic just to get my dramatic ass carried by my parent. 😆

Horrible I know.

I was a topper in every subject (without trying, i never even did homework) plus art, singing (genius percentile IQ with eidetic approaching a limit of 0.89, plus cognition) ...zero in sports,

Duffer in social intelligence, reviled anyhow by parents and teachers (long long story)

Then in high school we moved cities where I was bullied a lot and bullying by girls is the worst kind and till date sorta hate the city and its people too (not only as a consequence of the bullying, never like the city and its people and culture or lack of)

Post took a much more serious turn then what I experienced actually....because despite my tragedies I didn't have as hard a time of it I think. (I mean it was terrible no sh#t) but I have this thing...can't explain it...But it's like I live in a different world,....So I was always really happy on my own, with my dreams and now I know, some folks might feel it as highs, I feel things really intensely (all the six senses) I could live lifetimes in a raindrop,.....And dreams and fairies and elves and kung fu

Bottomline-i was always very very wyrd. My parents were first gen city dwellers (my dad made it to a top uni in a big city in spite of) so my relatives were villagers. In school you are forced into set paradigms but villagers sort of have their own wisdom----they didn't get me at all but they used to call me "kamli"....I felt really sad about it then but now I realized it's true!

I am "kamli"
