Also I remember seeing interviews of Ranveer and Vaani during Bekifre days and they were talking about how they had to kiss so much for the movie that they stopped caring about how their mouth would smell. They would kiss right after lunch even if they had onions 🤢

🤢🤢

Looks like Ranveer and Vaani took the title Befikre a little too seriously 😆😆

I don't know what kind of raunchy sex filled bollywood movies everyone else here have been watching. I know blue ice keeps referring to Bombay begums but what about everyone else? What lust filled movies have you been watching lately?

Premarital sex was still a taboo few decades ago so I assume most people in real life didn't do these things. Now premarital is a lot more common. Movies reflect that. Just because on screen couple had sex like a normal couple in real life doesn't mean the movie is about lust.

All my life I thought bollywood is such a terrible example of love. Love at first sight that happened in most bollywood movies is all about lust. So really funny to hear today's romance movies are about lust and not those ones where guy goes goo goo gaga over a woman and decides she is the one after seeing her for the first time

Most BW movies still hinge on the concept of heterosexual love where ending up with someone is the end goal . If anything BW needs to diversify and cover the experience of gay/lesbian couples, single parents , asexual people etc .

Its not about premarital sex or extra marital affair or a same sex relationship....I don't think anyone cares for all that anymore.....its about seeing the act onscreen is that which puts me off..😆..even if its between a married couple....a suggestion/hint is OK ...maybe a couple of mins of the act is OK...but beyond that it becomes eww worthy for me....I never watch such movies in the theater....at home...fast forward is the option😆 but that is just me....I know some might like it so the films need to make it enjoyable for everyone...just don't over do it..

Yes. The dreamy, romantic era where hero heroines used to sing out their love for eachother from snowy mountain tops, Swiss valleys and other foreign locales is definitely gone.😆 And yes I do terribly miss it. Because it produced so many great melodies that would never get old- and ever since BW decided that "singing around trees" isn't cool anymore, BW music has just not been the same.

While I do understand why the SRK brand of romance fell out of fashion, they definitely still connect better with me than the new crop of romantic films churned out by BW. Like, wtf was LAK2 even 🤢.. Yes, couples have sex and they kiss, but BW has found a way of making intimate scenes so vulgar and flippant, that the sense of romance, or depth is completely lost from them. Someone mentioned Ram Leela and Befikre- films loaded with love scenes and honestly instead of feeling the love/chemistry between the characters it felt like I was watching two animals at zoo openly mating infront of a live audience. 😆😵

Hate me for saying this, but Kabir Singh definitely did the romance part better than the films mentioned above. It also had kiss/love scenes but they were never vulgar, and when Kabir and Preety were together you could feel the chemistry between the couple. The songs obviously helped of course.

Those dreamy and mushy romance is life for me,bollywood stopped it,so i now watch pakistani dramas.they r so good in that mushy romance,i adore it so much
