It is a little rushed because Anokhi's realisation was not shown properly like Shaurya's. It was just after that room incident she fell in love. After car incident she was in denial, she brushed off reema's thought on it as well. That's what I mean. Had they planned the confession according to their original script we would have see proper time taken by anokhi to realise her feelings as well.

As about you that's what happened with you in real life. This is a show they will show the proper devey of feelings and realisation of the same atleast for some time.

See, I think they might have planned this way maybe originally.
