why is jiji still in the house?

why is she? she's only staying there because the family dont want kakasa to have a heart attack from knowing how jiji duped him and that she has the baby! why dont they go to the family court and tell them about how jiji is behaving and how she is technically unfit to be a mother? Then they can get custody of the child and jiji will be put in prison for blackmail and fraud. To be honest, if kakasa cant take it that he was duped by jiji then its his fault - doesnt he know that women the age of jiji only marry rich old men for one reason? He is just so stupid! Brijesh and his gang annoy me so much - they love thier little 'plans' - thats all they seem to do all day ! They should just tell kakasa the truth because the longer they leave it the worse it will get! It baffles me to what extent these dramas go to when they could do the normal thing that normal people would do. Then again people in dramas are beyond normal - they're just plain stupid and crazy! What actually happened to the original plot of this drama - that being about saloni and her dark skin finding it difficult in society? It has seemed to vanish. They should show how society pre-judges people like saloni despite thier talents on the basis of skin tone! Isn't that the whole purpose of this drama, to educate people?
