TV shows have now come to a halt in Mumbai after the new regulations laid down by the Maharashtra government. And now, here's the latest update that we know.

Yesterday, CM of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray has imposed stricter restrictions in the state given the increasing number of cases. While a complete lockdown has not been imposed just yet, there is a restricted movement with the announcement of Section 144 being imposed. This means that there won't be any shoots in the state as well and one is not supposed to step out unless there is an emergency.

While everyone has divided opinions regarding the same, the makers have been weighing down on various options so as to continue the shoot and ensure that not much is hampered. And now, reports in India Today have it that the next step that the makers are likely to take to is to move base for the shoot to a different state altogether.

As per the reports, while Ekta Kapoor shows are likely to now shoot in Goa, Star Plus shows Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and Imlie will be shooting in Hyderabad, while Padnya Store will be shot in Bikaner. We got in touch with Aishwarya Sharma of GHKPM, who told us that they haven't received an intimation about it just yet, and they have just heard talks about it. We also spoke to Kundali Bhagya star Shraddha Arya, who told us, ''It is true that the team has gone down to Goa to check out locations and explore the possibility of us shooting there, however, everything is in the initial stage only and we haven't yet received are tickets to go there.''

Given that things had resume just recently, this may seem like the only viable option for the makers to ensure that the shoots can go on without too many hiccups.
