Dev and Aditya are inherently selfish, but the selfishness stems from different reasons. Aditya ka reason hai uska ego, to fight for the life he had which will never return. Dev ka hai cowardice for not taking ownership of his karnama at Pagdandiya. Aditya ke anger ne and Dev ke buzdili ne dono ke present life ka kabada kar diya.

Dev and Aditya me core differences bhi hai. Dev ko apni problems face karni nahi aati, chup ke karne ki koshish karta hai, but bahut sasti koshish hai.

But Aditya apne problems ko face karta hai. Jitna bhi ho sake, Aditya makes it a point to face his problems. Not run away completely. Aditya works towards resolving his issues, but succumbs to the emotional trap and melodrama triggered from his own created mess.

Aditya's problem can still be resolved. If at any point it is proven on paper that Imlie is his legal wife, then his and Malini's marriage cannot hold water. Infact, divorce lene ka bhi sawaal nahi hota. Marriage will be annulled automatically. Mujhko to pakka lagta hai ye Aditya ka ek aur jailyatra due hai, thanks to Anu.

But Dev ka problem hi shaadi ke baad wala hai. Jo kaand kiya, woh sab shaadi ke baad hua, and he spoiled and messed with all the women ka lives.

So in my opinion, Dev is more guilty than Aditya. What Dev did was something more consciously done. In Aditya's case, it was circumstantial but not totally illegal. Illegal is what he did to Malini. Inspite of fessing up to her, he should have stood on his "seedha and sachai ke raaste pe chalne wala" ground. Malini ko time lagta, but her parents would have handled her. His marriage with Malini comes across more as pity marriage to me. And his behavior with Imlie, the less said the better.

Frankly, dono ke kapaal me durgati ka aagman likha hua hai😆. Lekin dono situation me, ek ka to phir bhi sulajh sakta hai, par dusre ka sirf ulajh sakta hai. Period.

Abhi mera zyada likhna ka mood nhi. Little bit tired 😛

So acc. to me, dev is the biggest culprit. He intentionally cheated on his wife and mother of his child anu. He deserves biggest punishment. If he really loved meethi, atleast uske liye kuch toh karta. But nope, he ruined meethi and imlie's lives. He is coward in my eyes. 🤢

Adi bechara kismat ka mara, he had never intended to cheat anyone. But his destiny played with him big time. Whatever happening in adi's life is by force of nature. He himself is confused about his feelings for a young girl. His fault is that he tried to beat his destiny by marrying malini. Agar thoda soch leta aaj yeh iski majnu wali halat na hoti. Iski punishment itni hai ise iska phelaya hua raita khudi sametna hoga. 😆 Imlie's rejection will be his biggest punishment. 😎

Haan ji, private earthquake Anu ji sirf Dev ke life me la sakti hai. Kyunki Aditya jab apni pe utarta hai, woh bhi kaafi visphot kar hi leta hai. And if he has realized his feelings by then, which may take another century of episodes, tab to Imlie ko kuch bhi bola na behen ji ne, to usiki bhasha me bolega, "Khatm kar denge tumko, tumko aur tumhari saat pushto ko bhi".😆

Btw, ye wala best dialogue tha mere liye, when he comes for Imlie after she is shot.

This one I agree. Imlie has been fed this point that he belongs to Malini. So, after this point, him telling Imlie otherwise, will be an uphill journey for him. Khud hi gaddha khod ke baith gaye bhaisaab, aur ladder thama diya Malini ko😆, ab upar aane ke liye to khud hi mehnat karni padegi. Ek to Imlie won't give bhaav, then she will constantly bring Malini in between as her defense against Aditya's feelings. And Aditya, all his dormant feelings that a man feels in love - obsession, possession, envy, anger, everything will mess things up for him further. Rejection handle karna lagta nahi usko aata bhi hai. Bauhra jaayega Babusaaheb.🤪
