Urmila turns to kinju but is unable to face her..kinju questions her...in the doc's office kanu is given the fake pregnancy report for neena....kinju is waiting for the bus when kanu stops his car infront of her and asks to drop her to work...she hesistates but he forces her to😳....she sits in the car ..they are on the way when kinju's phone rings and she talks to pandeyji...kinju tells kanu about how much they need urmila in their lives kanu gets flashbacks of urmila pleading him not to tell kinju anything...kanu starts saying urmila is very strong when she hardly steps on the brakes...everything is well...
urmila is walking on the streets thinking about her blood cancer...she keeps walking as yeh jiwan plays...she remembers her moments with kinju...urmila thinks of how she will tell everyone...urmila thinks that she has to hide it till death...
kk get out of the car when masterji walks to kinju and asks for money for his sister's marriage...he asks her to talk to kanu to give him his job back..he pleads to her...kinju agrees to talk to kanu...
A t a board meeting kanu is upset as his step mom signed a deal without asking him...she tells him that he was late and she waited for him...kanu says to her that he won't see his company in lose and for the deal he will see that she pays for it...his step mom feels insulted and walks away...
kanu's mom asks neena if everything is okay...neena says yes and there are no complications...her mom in law asks for reports neena says that she forgot it in kanu's car...kanu arrives and neena asks him to give her the reports...kanu gives her the reports...his mom sees the baby's sonography..flashbacks are shown of how kinju's file got misplaced with neena's in the car...she is really pleased and says see slowly u will love this kid...she hands him the file back and asks him to take care of neena and the baby... kanu looks at the file...mom asks them to come down for dinner and leaves...kanu feels a connection with the sonography neena closes the file asking him to become normal now she left...neena says that he really can act well she takes the file and walks away...kanu says he knows it's not his baby but he feels like it is his...
kniju's home everyone notices urmila is lost in her thoughts...pandeyji asks for his medicine and kinju goes to get it....pandeyji questions urmila as she brushes it all off...in the room kinju is searching for the medicine when she drops a medicine bottle she picks it up and is shocked to see a letter with it...she goes out and gives her the letter urmila is shocked...
kinju is at masterji's house calling him when he comes from the back and closes the door kinju is shocked...the end...
