Shouldn't even have to be about that. People in the past had to leave the house for the following reasons, mostly

Health issues.

Reporting for ongoing cases or new one's.

Being evicted due to violence or rule breaking.

Voluntary exit.

No contest ever had to leave (correct me if I'm wrong) because he had prior work commitments and his dates couldn't be negotiated. In all the scenarios above baring the health one, it would make zero sense to show them their journey videos because none of them are respectable ways of going out. With the health reason, there's always a solid possibility of making your way back into the house again like scores of people have, followed by the voluntary exit reason.

And thus, Eijaz being sent off with respect and dignity (whether or not he's able to return later) is what he deserves like any other contestant would have had they had to leave due to work commitments. And so, a journey video on him makes complete sense.

I think BB team told him beforehand about his movie project and might have given him options to choose between project or BB.But he might have been instructed not to share all these info with HMs that's why they were shocked when BB announced he is going out from BB house and also he was mentally prepared that's why he changed his look too.

They r not giving journey video. It is just a promo for audience. They just gave an announcement. But PRs in twitter n sm spreading false news about that n some paid YT handler bashing Eijaz for that kyu usko journey video mila..i mean he did a lot of for this show yet he could not get a decent farewell..where trophee is fixed for racist rubina usmein dikkat nei
