Why Virat didn't realize that the solution to his problem is Sai?

When Sai came to Virat carrying his dinner Virat behaved rude out of frustration due to some allegations put on him. But being an officer doesn't he know that Sai can diffuse of his problem very easily with one statement? What's the point in throwing away food and narrating the entire incident to Pakhi who is not related to this case and of course cannot help him anyway? He should have coolly had his dinner which Sai brought and made her understand the situation and requested for her help which she would definitely do.

isn't it a normal human trait, we first react and then think in some situations. He vented out everything so now what he have to do is sit and think.

there is a general saying that its easier said than done. this frustration and outburst are just not for that day it's the lava inside him which he has been compressed since days. he is confused and emotionally drained since weeks, he is keeping those pieces inside them together and being composed and yesterday there was an external push and boom the thing blasted. he is not stable with all these happenings, lost his sanity long back so an outburst is expected. sometimes we behave like aliens ditching our own character traits that's what happened to virat yesterday.

throwing food is not acceptable in any way.

they could've shown it in a mature way but they sticked to humane side (i really appropriate that but sometimes this goes over board) the only problem i have there was the interference of vahini and that pyaare cheez dialogue.
