Veer as the cheelraj all the way. This is supposed to be the naagin-cheel story about two clans' enmity. If veer becomes hybrid it would ruin the essance of story.

Just because his mother is a Naagin doesn’t mean he will have Naag abilities or powers. But yes his naag powers could manifest or perhaps he may be immune to nags and naagins especially AdiNaagin inspite of being a Cheel.

Normally a child of two different species becomes a hybrid. But it's a supernatural show. Anything is possible.

That isn't exactly necessary. You have the blood running your veins, and as far as abilities are concerned, a hybrid in a sense would also be immunity to the poison of Nagvansh. But I feel, the reason this Markaat is a hybrid is the reason why Adi Naagin and Cheelrajkumar have been put together in an alliance. Cause she can destroy both clans and wants to be more powerful. So Adi Naagin and Cheelrajkumar and the Cheels need to set aside their differences for this. Hence, let them be the "purebloods"(felt like Malfoy for a moment there😆) of their respective clans. And they need to expose the likes of Jai and Shukla sooner. Kill them later, who cares.
