Not that he needs to read this book or anything else for that matter. He has already mastered that art..

Be present in the social media no more than necessary (I sometimes feel he has to exercise "forgot password" option every time he logs in to social media), turn off unnecessary noises, eat, drink, travel, party and if there is still time, sleep sleep and sleep, at any time, any place, on any surface, whether earthquake aaye ya tornado..

He can in fact give Mark Mason a tips or two to write volume two of the book..😆
