I do think they can kill on the basis of competition. But let's see about the minor. it his a heroic act indeed. If it is true the government should honor them in some way.

I didn't believe it initially. But with the turns of events, I somehow have an inclination on it but still it's hard to visualise saif threatening him over manipulating sara.

Sushant doesn't seem like a guy who would give up a serious relationship unless the partner herself wants to quit. But what do I know.

How do you say this with such certainty?

Even if this whole minor story is true, the connection of nawab family feels eerie .

This is true. A complaint alone satisfies that proximate cause standard in the United States. But I am not sure if the CBI wants evidence they can prove in court if Rhea applies for bail.

Yah Saif has such tendencies , he is aggressive n have superiority complex.

I strongly feel they won't have gone so far to kill him just for sake of eliminating competition, they did try to destroy him by isolating , hitting his profession career , maligning him by posting fake blinds and eventually drugging him - where he was quitting Bollywood , Killing has given agenda - If this was just killing bz of competition Maha Establishment won't be so rattled - Definitely something bigger was exposed , otherwise why Disha was murdered, those hard drive data was taken - there are so many links with Drug , Money laundering, Trafficking - D gang link and many people are coming out n repeating this theory - Definitely there is lot in it.

Kareena, Karisma Didn't Depose in Brawl Case Involving Saif

In a twist to the 2012 brawl involving Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan and a South African businessman, it has now emerged that actor-sisters Kareena and Karisma Kapoor did not depose before police despite they being present at the time of the incident at a top city hotel.

"The statements of Kareena Kapoor and her sister Karisma were not recorded in connection with the Saif brawl case. We tried to persuade the duo, who was present at the spot, but they were not forthcoming about recording their statements over the incident," said a police officer.

Hence, the charge sheet filed in December 2012 did not have the statements of the Kapoor sisters, he said.

"I have learnt the two (Kareena and Karisma) were not keen to depose (before the police). The two were not prime witnesses and hence their statements might not have been recorded," said Additional Commissioner of Police (South Region) Krishna Prakash today.

At the time of the scuffle, Prakash was not in-charge of Mumbai' South Region, where the brawl took place in February 2012. Legal experts found fault with police's approach with regard to the celerity sisters.

Noted lawyer Abha Singh said, "Police have the right to summon witnesses if they are not ready to come forward. In fact, the Kapoor sisters were part of the group that indulged in fighting with the victim and hence they should also have been charged in the case."
