As Robina said they are saying they want them to be themselves and play it on their own but aren't really letting them do that either they are constantly telling them to pick useless fights jahan ladaai nahi ho rahi hai wahan bhi faltu mudde banao and lado which doesn't seem like nature of most of the people this time. They have issues either ways when they try to put their point across tab bhi and when they silently accept the orders tab bhi. Seniors ko bas apni khokli ego boost karwani hai but sach toh sach hai ke hain toh sab velle hi na in real world and nobody gives a single F about what they do or not .
