Preesha never acknowledged her love for Rudr. And again they have until now been living the pretext of ‘Saaransh ke liye’. So naturally Preesha would feel shy and awkward.
About Rudr’s logic, he wanted to make her feel uncomfortable. He is of the opinion that she loves Yuvraj and prolly felt that she’d not like giving a sponge bath to him.
