Though surrogacy for hire is probably illegal in India but then these serials never care about legalities anyway.

Also I think the surrogacy bill only passed in one house of Indian parliament, not in the other.

And meenu suggested after doing 2nd marriage drama n throwing mishti out. also Abir had already got idea of adoption. surrogacy ka usee pehle bolti to high chances he wud have agreed because he would not have been thinking of adoption then. She had asked 24 hours from abir to find solution. Had she given him this solution instead of going to mishti's house n asking to take mishti back Abirs reaction to surrogacy would have been different
