I think Bani will be forced to help Veer by her own conscience since he just took an arrow for her - she is good/noble albeit quite khali khopdi LOL I agree though that Veer will say something stupid along the lines of I saved you to be able to torture you myslef. Audience knows better, Cheel baby.

And about the recollection of Veer saving Bani on the cliff, I think she will eventually find her jhumka in his closet or in a jacket or something and realize it was Veer who was there that night
