Even if they manage to get decent TRp with the new show, They lose the online viewership to a considerable amount! For them, it is business, right? Let me put it in Business point of view. Who watches the show with new comers and unknown faces. Mostly, 50% of the viewership! I remember YRHPK topped the TRP chart on its launching week. No one expected it! But the truth is Ishqbaaaz fans which were waiting for it to go off air after the leap happened in that show. They wanted to show Gul and SP that the new show will fetch far more TRP that Ishqbaaaz with leap. And it happened.

Same will happen here too! But the case is opposite here. karma will hit back everyone. In this case, they are sure to lose the online viewership comprising of the young people and fans! And later, it took 3 weeks for YRHPK TRP to become Stable around 2-2.4 and that too because of Shah, Rhea, Ritvik, Rupal ma’am fans! Some people who had watched early episodes of YRKKH , wanted to relate to Maheshwari family! Rest, later in, the TRP stabilised and maintained only by proper story, execution, performance and direction! It is a business. And percentage of fans Indirectly decide the viewership Too... I watch 10 episodes Everyday. I need to see 5 minutes of ad through the entire episode in Hotstar. Am I not contributing to their business? Saying that online viewership doesn’t count is a bullshit . And also saying that only TRP matters is also another misleading statement

Ishqbaaz fans too tried giving the creatives and writers lots of suggestions during redux times which is a very bad track. I don't how I watched boring track like redux. Then the leap which is even more worse. The thing is production house doesn't care much about fans. Gul interview are something else during Ishqbaaz and dil bole oberai times. She never cared about Dil bole oberai and give important to black magic stuff lol. Fans invest a lot and never get back anything. All production houses are same and they never take any kind of criticism as well as healthy discussion against their show. After getting lots of such experience, I stopped caring that much as channel nor ph, no one cares! Its same story again and again, only difference is different shows.

Like I said before nly rhea n shaheer both were not happy with their characterization in surrogacy track. His iv proved dat!!! Rhea ka toh last interview mein it was clear in her face

Agar finite series bola hota starting se it would have been better. We would have got a gripping story and a logical conclusion. In its quest for TRPs SP butchered a beautiful show. They should have decided to run it for a year and a half. Fir sab kuch mil jata. Sasu ma’s redemption, mishbir’s happy marriage, mishti’s pregnancy with lots of pampering and so on..

The only way to put an end to this is to make finite shows which have good repeat value! SP should learn now!

I agree with all your points except the last paragraph. Only the creatives are to be blamed for the mess. If you think they know they messed up, why not mend ways early? It’s a daily soap and in this online era, they get the feedback of the fans with their whole family immediately. We had send warning bells again and again when the story went off the track. If they are super confident of what they are doing, they should have enough confidence and courage to clear the mess. Khichdi dal chawal bane, isse koi problem nahin, but we are worried about it getting burnt and it happened. And few fans ka yeh maanna hai ki abhi bhi thodi khichdi jali nahin hai, use toh teek tak bina mix kiye, serve kiya jaaye unhein! Is it too unfair to ask?

In the last paragraph, I was referring to the effort not being put in to save. Mess toh definitely inn logon ne hi machaya hai.

Kudos to the fans who are still willing to give makers a chance. I don't have any expectations left nor am I willing to give these people a chance because I am done watching my favourite characters be butchered for sustenance of the show. They have ruined almost everything I loved about this show already. I am not ready to let them take away the little bit that is left.

I don't know how to hold viewership and its kind of difficult job too. For example, ex hazaron meri behna hai show started so well and had great concept like cancer track. Even the actors did good job. After one year, it went downhill. Naamkaran, Ishqbaaz, all same story. They might extend for sometime but damage is kind of done already. Storyline goes downhill as Ishqbaaz after getting saved many times then all tracks failed. Its all business, some does well and some don't!

I mean she herself saved ishqbaaz so many times to go off air. Otherwise dat show would huv wrapped up long back dan it has. IB trp even went low as 1.3 during dat Goa track but she manager to save d show. IB had Same trp as tsmsp n NK. Yet d later two went off air n IB survived . She is doing d same with jinn. She literally saved d show till December. Even dat show is high budget n when she had to increase d trp she changed d track overnight to help d show survive. She did which shahi didn't even bother to try

Ek Hazaron I think ended with good TRPs right? Same with IPK. They had a good story of one year and did not know what to do after that. They did not have sufficient parallel tracks and the supporting actors started to quit one by one. And finally when the lead quit, they had to pull the plug due to fan pressure. And I think that show too had good TRPs till the end.

Agar show banana hai toh writers need to have good vision of till when the story will run and conclude it logically. Small alterations to fetch TRPs is fine but they really should stop showing illogical ghisa pita TRP tracks by butchering the characters! It just leaves a bad taste for fans who invest so much time into the show.

I agree here. Gul has been successful in saving her shows. IB I never followed. But the TRPs were not so great but still was saved again n again. And that last leap was a final nail in the coffin. It did not pick up and the show went off air.
