As far as I know this information is from remand application and Rhea is being investigated under those charges, NCB has not filed any charge sheet unless they did and I am not aware of it hence asked you to provide the copy

The case is not even at trial stage and people are ready with their judgements 😆

At this point, it is not mere public opinion. These are legal charges.

Most people who have taken it upon themselves to solve the crime would know that Charges are leveled in a Charge-Sheet for court to decide and send the case/accuse on trial

Rhea’a case is in the preliminary stage, No charge-sheet has been filed, as NCB needed time to carry on the investigation hence the judicial custody

Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the NCB today for alleged offences under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii), 22, 27 A, 28, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.

The authorities have maintained that since investigation in this case is at a preliminary stage as the "revelation made by the respondent is to be verified and the known and unknown associates of the above-named respondent have to be traced and apprehended", judicial custody till September 21 would be needed.

First of all Reha wasn't just allowing she was enabling him. Woman is arrested for her drug peddling not for killing Sush so y'all need to chill. She is in for her actions not his.

Yes weed is harmful for a person suffering from bipolar disorder ( what Reha claimed sushant to be suffering from). Also the combo of weed and medication is dangerous. Reha probably saw it was harming him yet kept bringing him more. If she didn't like it could she leave him informing his family. Who was forcing her to stay there and party?

People calling attention seeker to her at least it’s a good initiative she is doing and not leaking some nasty videos or chat! I don’t thinK evil mind people will Ever understand that!

And there is nothing about seeking attention here, she was with him the longest and no matter what she will always have that respect and soft corner for him!

From that clip released recently where Sushant's mental capacity looks visibly compromised, if Rhea was the only person around him, it does make sense to look at her suspiciously.

The guy looked gone in the head there and she was keeping tabs on him, his meds, what he eats and when like she was babysitting him.

Given those circumstances, if she was buying weed, partying and enabling him, of course she needs to be held accountable. Sushant was a 34 year old man but when someone's mental and legal competence is compromised like in that video, their age doesn't matter. The axe falls on her cuz she was the one living with him and making decisions on his behalf.

Responding to you and Sabhayata.

The links you posted clearly say NCB's charges include Rhea being part of a drug syndicate, not merely buying weed for SSR.

The sections evoked by NCB also are not for cannabis alone.

@Bold - That part only means NCB needs to verify the people Rhea named, not Rhea herself who NCB already named as part of drug syndicate. Talk about spinning to make it seem as though she is not really involved!😆

As long as she doesn’t make problematic statements. She can plant as much as she wants.

I thought we in IF already established that SSR doesn’t have bi-polar????? Doesn’t SSR know the fact he shouldn’t mix the drugs with weed?? If The supposed brilliant intellectual didn’t take responsibility for his own health, then why should Rhea or anybody else? He voluntarily took weed and nobody forced him. He should have known better. If he mixed weed with his medication, knowing that it can harm him, then it’s fault and his alone.
