Preeti and Kusum :-)

Okay. Hello ji!

First post here. So when I saw the first promo, it seemed very cliched to me. Sensible, sanskari lady- immature, carefree aadmi- she'll show him the right path- blah blah. BORING. AND DONE TO DEATH.

But I gave the show a shot and oh my- I absolutely LOVED Kusum, like everyone else. An amazingly written character given life to by a brilliant Rajeshwari. The show seemed totally worth it to me. But it's not Preeti and KT's love story I am eager to watch. I am super excited about the equation between Preeti and Kusum. I have never seen a well fleshed out female friendship on television without them becoming enemies, fighting over men, etc. I sincerely hope that these two women just support and pull each other up. As for Kusum, haaye She is a firebrand, she is! I hope she stays the wholesome and amazing character that she is, without unnecessary butchering for TRP sakes.

I could be wrong but from a feminist gaze, the most important relationship of this show is not of Preeti and Keertan but that of Preeti and Kusum. The story is about PreeTan but it's Kusum-Preeti that has the potential to actually change Preeti's life forever.

Kudos again to the makers and of course Rajeshwari Sachdev for this breath of fresh air called Kusum Kothari 👏

Totally agree.

I want Preeti-Kusum's equation to be intact, KeerTi ho na ho. I esp dont want this to be a love triangle.

Today's episode specifically stood out for me⭐️

I royally ignored that 2 min KT and family scene waiting for the continuation of Kusum-Preeti scene❤️

😂 I am so happy I am not the only one who is all in for Kusum and Preeti... I might have to say that they might even have way better chemistry than KT Preeti..

Like you said, I was also expecting the show to be drag with similar concepts of mother humiliation back to back - Anupama, India Wali Maa, etc.

This is definitely different!
