Fair Trial in Mumbai ? Whose police did not even file an FIR , from whose clutches the chakraborty family was let Scott free till the Bihar police filed an FIR and ED finally took the note of a possible money laundering matter. Ofcourse they might be getting some leads, that's why the family and friends are being summoned repeatedly.

Mumbai Police did not even try to look into this angle despite his family lodging an informal complaint back in February itself. They might not have paid any heed back then , fair enough, but they did not try to investigate the case and take lead based upon his family's complaint even after the suicide.

Investigation will be done by the CBI. Mumbai Police has no role.

Why would you go fight the case in Bihar, the epicenter of corruption in India whose own Chief Minister & Police Chief have declared you guilty without an ounce of proof of even murder? She's much more likely to get a fair trial in Mumbai than Patna.

Asking for extensions is part of the process. To better prepare, get coached. You don't just walk in into an ED inquiry. Almost everyone does it. Nothing out of the ordinary.

In a vacuum, you're much more likely to get a fair trial in Mumbai than Patna. Everybody here would do the same.

Just like Mumbai Police declared Sushant's case a suicide without having seen the body hanging (as per Siddharth Pithani who said he and Dipesh brought the body down before the police arrived)? The Mumbai Police that didn't do anything when Sushant's family had issued a complaint in Feb? Maharashtra that for some reason seems completely in favour of Rhea being innocent. Define 'fair'?

Alright, so she could have said that about the extension. That would have been fair. What's with the "because of covid"?

There was another person walking right behind her, not sure maybe her father, she turned to look at him but she does seem angry as well. I m glad she is feeling the heat.😊 It's nothing compared to what Sushant must have suffered. And I loved how the reporter shouted at her abt accusation.

Trial to court main tab Hoga na , jab Mumbai police koi concrete evidence produce Karti court main, which they were not willing to do. Fair investigation kaun karega , police ya court . Trial to baad ki baat hai, Mumbai police was in a hurry to shut the case as a suicide without even considering his brother in law's complaint.
