In that context... oh, dear God! Some of the double entendres😆.

Krishna: "Before marrying a man, you have to test out his weapon."

I was 🤣 on that one.

Dunno if they have editors supposed to look out for such stuff. Or maybe it was intentional for the adults in the audience.

There is even a story of Jayadeva having doubts about giving her the upper hand in the equation. but miracles making him go with that characterization.

Even she got ruined by Swastik.

Some people should simply be banned from ever going near a mytho show project.

TOTALLY AGREED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bec they will never learn and will show crap in front of audience. And by the time this audience comes to know the actuality after reading lets say or hearing from the elders, it will not even matter then!!

I consider all the mythological characters fictional. That's my opinion and no offense to any different perspective.

But I see them as characters of amazing storylines and characters in a story should be logical, consistent, realistic ( even when it's in a fantasy world like HP or GOT ) and most of all should fulfill their purpose.

Radha was the part of Krishna's life when he hadn't taken the duty of Dharma sthapna in his hands yet. She was his better half in the real sense. She was the part of his life when he without caring about anything could allow himself to be unapologetically happy and make his other half happy in return. In many lores, she is the feminine form of Krishna. Their consummation was divine coz it was not only the mating of bodies but also the mating of their heart and soul and the immense divine pleasure generated from the awakening of all their combined ten senses. Their romance was forbidden yet divine, unfulfilled yet wholesome. They were never joined in a marital alliance and yet were never separate inspite of the distance and even death. Such was their romance. They were mutually teachers, mutually friends, mutually consultant, mutually lovers ---- nothing between them was ever one sided. The energy generated by their passionate love was always bidirectional and never conformed to societal terms.

But here, Radha had always been just a puppet in Krishna's hand who never had any mind of her own, always got manipulated by Krishna, always been lied to and brainwashed by Krishna and was a naive village girl who ever had any real idea neither about herself, nor her lover nor her husband.

She still doesn't know her husband attempted to murder her father----the very father whom she supposedly saved by marrying the tyrant.

Radha was a wholesome divine character just like Draupadi even though their bringing up made them different in many levels in the surface, at the end both of them were empowered and independent women who lived by their own terms.

So the people who ruined Radha would obviously ruin Draupadi the same way and every other strong woman character who appears. Coz here Krishna has only one relationship with the women----a kindergarten teacher and toddler students. That's the one and only relationship Swastik can build up between a mythological woman and Krishna.

I think they just want to keep interest going by turning the usual image around and making Arjuna the sarathi.

Problem is Arjuna in the epic was not the character they're trying to portray here. RK Arjuna has already disagreed with elder brother on participating in swayamvar.

So I'm wondering why he wouldn't object to his mother's order re: polyandry (which in actuality was not hers, but Vyasa's).

How is he going to stay quiet during the dice hall episode and let Yudhishtira stake Panchali? How is Arjuna going to stay quiet during the sexual assault on her?

How is he going to object to killing Bheeshma, Drona, et al when he apparently already knows to go with actual dharma over what elders ordered.

Epic Arjuna was truly Krishna's weapon, but there was no independent action from Arjuna most of the time. So how is he going to be portrayed as dharm ki sarathi?

I don't like the way drupadi is shown here..

In any way what Draupadi did..not only this show..just because she wants arjun..why to defame Karna about his birth..Truth is different is another..

Next is bhima mujhe hitnaaa gussaa harehain..he looks like dus bachon ka chacha...sorry to say this.

But my question is why Krishna need to choose his sarathi..he is the sarathy for Arjun right..bakwaas.

Next is how dare krishna peep into Panchali dressing room..even though he is krishna and he propogating his beautician skilll..nonsense
