It is. Making everything confusing enough that the real facts gets hidden in all of this garbage.

I think Sushant's family alone can get a CBI enquiry by filing a petition in court. They don't need Swamy for that. His main motive is to get a CBI enquiry on Bollywood and mafia connection. He shouldn't be using somebody's death to get it done. He tried this even during Sridevi's death case. He really doesn't care about who is dead and its definitely not his priority to seek justice for the deceased. The family is better off without his help here.

Individually yes. Clubbing it with another not so much. Unless both are linked to each other I don't think its a good idea to use one case to get investigation for another issue.

He can't use this case, if there's no link between the two, he can get enquiry of Bollywood and Mafia, His involvement would actually put weight in SSR's case
