Exactly. He was a well known star. There would be thousands who would have just been going to one producer after another and not getting anywhere. There are character actors who are currently doing so poorly that they are selling vegetables on the street. There are news articles about them daily. People go through much worse than Sushant. Give me a freaking break. There are people who are truly needy and have worked for 20 years in the industry and don't have money to pay for medical treatments. But let's spend days and days whining about a successful actor having to face some gossip. There are millions who would have loved to be in his exact position.

Instead of blaming everyone else for everything, put some attention on mental health. Sushant didn't commit suicide because he wasn't no.1 or some people talked shit about him. He did it because of his own mental issues. If society actually cared about mental health, it might help a few people instead of using an actor's death to run personal agendas and using it to attack a hundred other people.

There's something called as merit when it comes to getting into a college. If you are smarter than someone who is probably richer than you, chances are you can get a scholarship. We are literally comparing apples and oranges here. Because if the whole point is about hey....it's their money and they can do what they want with it even if that means giving opportunity to those who can't act for shit then they are going to get called out on that. Your money? Fine. Do what you want with it. Doesn't mean the audience can't call you out on your BS practices.

The analogy hits too close to home eh? Only others should make absurd sacrifices for others, not me. Not everyone can get scholarships. There are levels in mediocrity too. If you suck and your neighbor's kids is a little better than you, your parents should pay for their college. Equal opportunity.

Yes, the person who has the money gets to control what they spend it on. You can keep raging uselessly of course but that doesn't mean you can make them spend their money on things of your choice.

Apart from the fact that I wanted to punch the like button underground, I must say I recently saw Zindagi Gulzar Hai and except for a few reservations, thoroughly enjoyed that show 👍🏼

I dont know how that can be argued.

But I wont blame people who dont succumb to their issues for someone that did

No one is saying that suicide is a natural response to bullying--it's not, and shouldn't be. But if you don't get the relationship between the problem of bullying/character assassination and the serious harm it does to people's psyches, how about at least acknowledging it as something that needs to be mitigated instead of turning around and calling it "normal" and then painting a picture of a "weak-willed" loser who succumbed to the pressure? How reasonable are you being by preaching nirvana status?

Date rape is also just as "normal" in colleges around here .... yeah, it's an ill society, but I don't know anyone who says it happens all the time and it's normal, so just stay well-armed girls, while the other party bears no responsibility whatsoever. Where do you draw the line then?

Oh sure. Why not just compare gossip with a heinous crime like rape. Because that makes a lot of sense. 🤢

He made a lot of sense and he said a lot of things that we all have been discussing here.....keeping Sushant out of the mix....because he is not here to put forward his side......the rest of the things he said were bang on....what he said about Kangna is true....she was so incoherent.....matlab kuchh bhi bol rahi thee.....anyways agree with him on most parts......👍🏼
