Good luck with that comment! Some of us kept saying this from the day one and were called ‘nepo’ apologists...they said we were trying to silence them when we clearly said please let us fight...but only without SSR’s name being dragged into it..🤔😆

There are actual nepo apologists on the forum who say there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with the industry and that bullying happens everywhere etc etc and it's your fault for getting affected by it, don't need to mention them because they know who they are, to lump them all into the same category is false.

Didi literally means sister and is harmless. Not necessarily an insult when used for a woman, although behenji (which also technically means a sister) has a slightly different connotation as it can be derogatorily used to mean unattractive/uncool/middle-aged woman.

But didi/beti used for men is meant to be a slur. Typical comeback used by men who are insecure about their own masculinity to undermine the masculinity of other men, in an attempt to insult them.

Bohot hogya...its not that bad! 😡...I was also called a SRK fan, did I say anything? *hmph*😆

On a serious note, this shaming the other people for their comments should stop...I mean the way we are trying to divide the forum into them Vs us is ridiculous!

Here in the west also they use the same thing...For ex, A Team lead(male) comes and addresses the entire group as ladies when they complain about the deadline being too close etc, as a way of telling them to stop being slow or whatever....Its used by men only....But in India it seems even women use these slurs to put their own down! :(
