but first 2 weeks MTA was beating jalan so what happened now :S

I think initially people may have tuned in just out of curiosity after that whole Bollywood movie ki copy issue.

Hum TV generally scores lower even for better dramas. And Jalan has Minal Khan and a very regressive, toxic plot(with one doodh ki dhuli and one dayan-type character) - two things that the drama watching audiences seem to adore.

Its like if Zahid or Sonia's dramas have to top the TRP ratings, they have to move out of HUM and do those over-melodramas for Geo. No matter how bad they are, they will have TRPs soaring..

mere ITV dramas k sath bhi yahi hota hai aur ab Pak dramas BHI😒 ache shows ko trp nhi milti.

Yeah, and views too. This copy thing killed the whole interest of the audience I guess. I was scared for this only. Promotion and teasers , and OST is most important in my opinion. Somewhere, they didn't seem very clever to present the teasers similarly like Judaai movie. OST is also not so popular. People already know the story. And channel too is not known for views and TRPs like Geo and ARY. 😆
