Now I get it! that's the reason why they propose something and not achieve it in 10 years even...

I don't know was to 2009 or 2010 when they had taken poll, if they should come up with an app to chat with your buddies on I-F. The poll had got so many affirmatives and look, now its mid of 2020 and they still haven't come up with one.
