I hate this

I seriously hate it

Why cant people understand that depression doesnt always have a reason

Many times people who are depressed actually have a great life

But they still feel depressed

I smile hiding the painful tears

Surrounded by the happiness

I cant voice my pain and fears

Clawing me cruelly this pain

I know that death isnt vain

I dont deserve to be treated for it

Because I dont have reason for it

I just know I am deeply depressed

And one day I hope it is suppressed

I cant publicly reveal the name of the person who wrote this poem

But I can very well say that this poem is what every depressed person feels when they think they dont have a reason for depression

Guys please dont ask why you are depressed instead ask what triggers it

It helps a lot

If they know or find out answers for their depression they would have dealt with it !

I know it

idk all these deaths feel very personal to me and sushant has been a part of films i loved so so so much. It's so sad that he went too soon. Wish if he'd talked to someone.💔
