Ishita-saare bachche khel rahen the,and I was looking for ruhi.aapko pata hai woh mujhe kahan mili ,cake khaate hue.it was really embarassing.saare bachche khel rahe the aur hamari beti cake kha rahi thi akele.upar se woh Mr mehra kehti hai,khaane do .bachcho hai .itna gussa aaya naa,ki kya kahun.she was go on saying but stopped getting no response from Raman and turned to him only to see him relishing the cup cake.

Ishita-raman,aap sunn bhi rahen hai mujhe??she said shouting on him.

Raman-haan suna maine,jaana.pata nahi ruhi itni mannerless kaise ho gayi.cake khana is good,but aise.its not good.pata nahi kis par gayi hai.he said relishing his cup cake.

Ishita walked to him and said-babu,u really don't know aapki beti par gayi hai. She said keeping her hand on her waist.

Raman look at her and asked innocently-mujhe pata hona chahiye kya??

Ishita smiled seeing his cute antics and said-u know,I can't even scold u.

Raman pulled her to him and said-coz u love me alot,jaana.he said kissing her cheek.

Ishita-yes,I love u alot,but I love my ruhi too.woh bhi aapki tarah foodie hoti jaa rahi hai.i am afraid what if she too diagonised by juvenile diabetes.

Raman-aisa kuch nahi hoga,jaana.u r overthinking.

Ishita-but babu,her fooding habits r really bad.woh bahut khaati hai.

Raman-ishita,tum bachche ke khane ko nazar lagaa rahi ho.

Ishita caressed his cheek and said-nahi,I am worried.she is gaining weight.

Raman-she is just four.

Ishita-and double in weight as compared to her age children.abhi se moti ho jayegi toh kaise thik hoga.aur aap bhi Raman,aapne saari dieting chod di hai.thoda saa precaution nahi karte.u really don't care about us naa.

Raman-its been five years to our marriage,but tu bilkul nahi badli.abhi bhi mujhe khane nahi deti.

Ishita-but aap badal rahe ho ,raman.u r gaining weight.sugar bhi badh gaya hai,aap apna dhyaan nahi rakh rahen.and this is disturbing me.i can't loose u,babu.u know naa,u r my jaan.

Raman hugged her and said-i know aur mujhe kuch nahi hoga.main hamesha tumhare saath rahunga.and stop worrying about ruhi,woh khaate peete ghar ki bachchi hai.

Ishita-haan,kuch jyada hi khate peete ghar ki.she said and he smiled hugging her.

He cupped her face and said kissing her-u look beautiful when u smile.

Ishita-aur main tab hasti hoon,jab aap mere saath hote hai.babu,I really want to see u healthy .kya aap mere liye itna nahi kar sakte.

Raman-jaana,tumne kaha tha ki tum mujhe mere physical appearance ke liye nahi,mere liye pyaar karti hoon.but now u r worried about my appearance only.tumhara pyaar khatam ho gaya kya??

Ishita-u know it's not like this,mujhe aapke mote hone se problem nahi hai,mujhe aapki health ke liye concern hai.raman,u r my everything.bahut pyaar karti hoon main aapse.

Raman-haan toh nahi ho raha mujhe kuch,nahi mar jaa raha main.aur agar mara bhi toh bahut bada insurance hai mera,tumhe kabhi koi problem nahi hogi.so stop irritating me now.he said getting angry and went murmuring,har waqt bas ek hi baat,Raman stop eating.ruhi ke bhi peeche padi hui ho.he was go on saying while her eyes got teary hearing him.

She switched off the gas and went to her room.

After an hour,ruhi came to Ishita and said-mumma,bhookh lagi hai.

Ishita look at her and said-maine kuch nahi banaya,tum papa ke saath baahar chale jao.aaj baahar khana kha lo.

Ruhi got happy hearing this and went to Raman.

Ruhi-papa,mumma ne kuch nahi banaya hai .hume baahar jaane ko kaha.chalo we will eat outside,mujhe chicken biryani khaane ka mann hai.chalo let's go.

Raman-tum jao ready ho,main aata hoon.he said and went to ishita.

Ishita saw him entering the room but didn't said anything .

He sat next to her and said-jaana.

She looked away and he said shaking her a little-sorry .

Ishita-just go away ,raman.mujhe baat nahi karni .main hi toh hamesha aapke peeche padi rehti hoon.she said almost crying .

Raman-jaana,this is not fair.ladna hai toh lado,ro kyun rahi ho.sorry ,I never wanted to hurt u.

Ishita-but u hurt me,aapka insurance bada hai,bank balance bada hai,toh aap apni dekhbhal nahi karenge.paisa chahiye mujhe aapka??she said crying.

Raman-i am sorry,main aisa nahi kehna chahta tha.

Ishita-nahi ,aap yahin kehna chahte the,aap nahi badlenge khud ko,toh maine bhi soch liya hai.

Raman-kya soch liya hai??

Ishita-main kal abortion kara lungi,she said making him look at her.

Ishita-jab aap marne ko ready hai,toh main kyun aapke do bachchon ki responsibility loon.joh hai ussi ko sambhalun.

Raman-tum pregnant ho??he said cupping her face.

She nodded looking down and said-but maine decide kar liya hai,I am aborting ,she was saying when he said-nahi,nahi.tum aisa kuch nahi karogi.kya chahti ho tum.main weight kam karun??apna sugar control karun??

Ishita nodded in yes.

Raman-tumhari kasam,main sab thik kar dunga.khud ko bhi aur ruhi ko bhi.but promise me,u will never think of killing our baby.

Ishita-i don't want to,but I can't live without u,babu.mujhe aap thik chahiye,hamari zindagi mein chahiye.aap patle nahi honge toh chalega,just control ur sugar.i can't loose u .she said hugging him tight.

Raman-hum kal se dieting aur exercise shuru kar denge and promise u,hamare baby ke aane se pehle,we will be in shape.he said kissing her.

Ishita smiled wiping her tears and said-i love u raman.

Raman-but aaj celebrate karenge.we r going to welcome our second baby.isnt it a reason to celebrate.

Ishita-yes,this is indeed a reason to celebrate,my babu.

Raman-but patla hone ke baad bhi tum mujhe babu kahogi,I love hearing it from u.

Ishita-ofcourse,u r forever my babu.she said kissing his temple while he hugged her happily.

Raman-chalo,ready ho jao.we r going out.he said kissing her while she too kissed him back happily.

Next day,Raman meet a nutritionist and made his diet chart along with required exercises.

At first ,he face many difficulties in keeping up to the diet but this time he was determined,for his family and their kids.

Slowly ruman start working hard and soon it started showing results.within six months,both start getting in shape while ishita baby bump start showing.

Raman start taking much care of Ishita enthusiastically while ishita was really happy seeing the change in him .his weight has gone down along with his sugar level and he was feeling more energetic then ever before,and was loving the change in himself.he thanked Ishita for the inspiration and start taking care of her with much enthusiasm.

Soon ,the day came and ishita gave birth to their baby boy.

Raman was too happy ,he took him in his arms and said-u don't know bachcha,tumhare liye maine aur didi ne kitni mehnat ki hai,but seeing u ,I can proudly say,u and ur mumma deserve it.thank u jaana,for this beautiful treasure.i love u.

Ishita hugged him happily and said-love u too,babu.aaj aapne meri saari khwahish puri kar di.mujhe do khoobsurat bachche diye aur apna zindagi bhar ka saath,I can't thank u enough for this beautiful life,Raman.

Raman-dont thank,just love me always .he said kissing her temple while both the kids were in their arms ,ruhi smiling while the little adi was sleeping peacefully.
