Even I am kinda sure she will start afresh with Randeep’s support and might even do it in partnership but I hope she realises someday that she was wrong to blame Kabir for her own behavior, I felt really bad that Kabir came to her after her showdown at office to explain to her and ask her to reconsider her decision but even then she made him feel sorry and kinda blamed him for his decision. And then she cries foul in front of Randeep that she lost friends, she is the one who left them not the other way round

Nia is behaving like a bit of a child imo. Usually HR or security will check to see what your talking with you...this is standard protocol. It’s nothing for Nia to make a scene about and I don’t get what the writers were trying to show here? They just made Nia look more like a brat. I get she is frustrated but it was her decision to quit so she needs to abide by the company policies.

The non compete clause also didn’t make sense to me because this is usually signed at the time of a job offer. It’s usually not given to an employee when they quit or resign ...at least not in Canada. I think the CV need to speak with a real HR person.

i hope they don’t make Amber act like a childish man in love ...I don’t mind a few funny scenes but I don’t want a lovesick Amber

@ Bold - This is exactly my fear but some of the upcoming scenes seem to indicate this - like dancing around the kitchen with flour all over his face. Hoping they handle the romance in a mature way without resorting to silly comedy. I can't handle a childish or lovesick Amber pining away for his new found love 😆

Nia is very irritating. HR has certain protocols that they need to follow for all employees. Why does she think she should be exempt from these rules? And Kajal's resignation was beyond stupid. Looks like no one needs jobs and they can survive on love and fresh air !

Hmm interesting ... I guess things work differently based on country/company. Legally speaking Nia would have a right to refuse signing that agreement in Canada if it wasn’t part of her offer of employment and wasn’t mentioned in the paperwork upon joining the company. However it may differ in India

I do hope Nia and Kajal face some consequences for her behaviour as you don’t just quit a job without a plan because your upset...in that case we would have 60% or more of the workforce quitting their jobs 😂

I think Amber was just trying to support his daughter the best he can ...seeing how upset she was I don’t think he had much of a choice. He can’t force her to reconsider either because Nia wouldn’t have listened. It’s a hard place to be in but sometimes you have to let kids do their thing and learn from their mistakes. Also Amber is kind of emotional and sanki so he knows where Nia gets her impulsiveness from.

I do hope we see a balance in Ambers character ..still want him to play supportive father and not just a love sick puppy

Nia had no right to give lecture to HR on how she will start from scratch and become a big tycoon someday, her entire behavior was unprofessional, she has some sense of entitlement because she has made a few apps but like Kabir told her, there are many talented people out there who are waiting for an opportunity like Nia has but she chose to kick this opportunity and thought company will dance to her tunes or function as per her convenience because she has done some good work, unfortunately it doesn’t happen like that

termination clause is always there it is there even in small firms. there is a notice period also. nia should have just served the notice period. weather she had served a 3 month notice period or left immediately what difference would it make to the clause of not allowing to start own business till 6 months. even if she had served notice period she would still be working at the office and able to use company secrets after she left.

Also there are family emergencies. some companies dont understand. no issue in leaving the job but atleast serve the notice period and then leave

Also a lot of time goes in planning own business 6 months is not such a big time to panic about not able to start own business

I'm sorry to sat but nia is extremely irritating and arrogant.

During the start I used to like her but now, whenever her scenes come, I just feel irritated and feel like changing the scene.

Nia's character is a bug brat and very thankless.

Even the actress' dialogue delivery isnt good. It's like she's mumbling something and always cribbing. (waise nia does crib all the time)

I don't think the CVs would let nia be humble and correct her mistake rather chhane ke jjhad pe chadayenge.

It got me on my nerves!! WDF losers. Nia is clearly a loser from the past few episodes.

Kahan ki princess hai she? I in all honesty don't find shree to be a reason either for her out stead. What does she expect ke har koi majnu banke uska kam karke usska ghulam bana rahe? Ya Phir bas hath pe hath dalke baitha rahe aur madam ko promotion pe promotion milta rahe?

She's a pseudo woman who needs a reality check from all the spoon feeding she's being getting.

The first 10 mins or so of her lecture and Kajol nodding her head looked so moronic as if it was a fresher just out of college. Ffs stop spreading such behavior applaud-able. Believe it or not there is a section of the society that still looks upto a certain characters.

And Nia quitting her job the first time was no self respect either. She made a grave mistake. I personally do not know any company or organization that let's you leave your presentation mid way and come later to complete it. So IMHO she was wrong then and is still wrong. Such antics is gonna be liked onlh by those with rose tinted, love struck puppets.

Might nahi pakka they are gonna do this. And then shree and kabir will be standing der applauding and cheering them for their master moves. And also request to be part of their growing company.

Based on Ambers and Kabirs conversation, Amber is supporting Nia because he is her father but he doesnt seem to agree with her decision

Kabir wants to help but his hands are tied....I feel bad for him as both father and daughter are trying to push him around...Im glad he said no to Amber regarding Nia's job.

Personally I would like to see Nia go with Randeep to America for this new venture. I think they need to be out of the show for a short while in terms of sharing a story line with Amber and Guneet. The show needs to focus on Amber and Guneets love story but not rush it. Once their boat has kind of sailed, maybe we can get an update on Nia and Randeeps life in America, and the challenges they are facing regarding their app/venture. This may be a way out of the NCA since maybe it only applies to country of employment.

BTW...Kabir was looking pretty hot today in that outfit and new haircut. I like how it was business but not too serious or overpowering

Honestly I find randeep and nia love story very childish and the way they showed her standing on bike without helmet. I somehow did not like it.

I feel bad for kabir.

And yes, they are showing amneet love story in a little childish way. And he is so love stuck... hope they pull up their socks and do better.
