So, i m watching yesterday episode right now, paused it midway n typing this..

What is this girl kajal upto?.? " Me waha kam nahi kar sakti jaha tere jaise employee ki value na ho.. "

Seriously? She is saying as if company ne use dhakke maar ke bahar nikala ho.. she has left on her own. N every company has some protocol she has to know. What if sone employee resigns n takes with him important, confidential info with him? Rule shd be same for everyone.

Kajal was being silly, impulsive, childish..

What do u think?

Wholeheartedly agree with you!

As if this episode of Nia resigning was not childish enough, they also added Kajal to this fiasco!

I don't like the way they are glorifying Nia's act and trying to portray the company as evil and immoral.

How Nia handled the situation in her office was highly unprofessional. And Kajal yesterday was another level. 😏

Actually speaking, Kajal was childish. But, Nia was somewhere right. A company which cannot respect the hardwork of their employees, cannot ever function.

She couldn't have thought of doing anything else, other than saving her dad when he was in the police. Not that she attended that doctor's call. But, when Kajal told her about the situation, she had to leave. This is what happens when personal and professional lives clash.

Shree did not do anything for him to be a leader. She had to do it all on her own! What he did too, was highly unprofessional! When you and your colleague are submitting a project together, on a designated date, what is the point in submitting it before hand without the other's knowledge? And that too, when most of it was done by the other? He has no right to be a leader! It was good that she left the job! She can start something on her own! She may write blogs, she may have her own channel on YouTube or some other popular channel or something! It's not that she is going to stay idle for the rest of the time! She can get a much better job and salary than this too, if she chooses to continue...

I found yesterday’s episode pretty weak and bordering a bit unrealistic and sloppy which is disappointing

Kajals surprise resignation and behaviour was silly and exaggerated ...it made no sense really

Nia is behaving like a bit of a child imo. Usually HR or security will check to see what your talking with you...this is standard protocol. It’s nothing for Nia to make a scene about and I don’t get what the writers were trying to show here? They just made Nia look more like a brat. I get she is frustrated but it was her decision to quit so she needs to abide by the company policies.

The non compete clause also didn’t make sense to me because this is usually signed at the time of a job offer. It’s usually not given to an employee when they quit or resign ...at least not in Canada. I think the CV need to speak with a real HR person.

i hope they don’t make Amber act like a childish man in love ...I don’t mind a few funny scenes but I don’t want a lovesick Amber

Agree on Kajal but am appalled at Nia’s behavior...she is a spoilt brat, who behaves like that in the company premises with the HR....every company has a NDA and Nia would have signed it at the time of joining too so what was that petty behavior of asking the HR to remove the NDA and let her do as she pleases

She created a scene in the office and then expects the HR not to call the security...like seriously girl...you run away in between an important meeting with BoD and then don’t like it when another colleague presents it on your behalf and also expect the BoD to wait for you till you are done with your personal emergency of getting your father out of jail and then also fight with your friend cum boss to have waited for you🤔

In real scenario Nia would have been fired on disciplinary grounds and blacklisted, her career would have been ruined with No experience letter whatsoever from the company, the company was still being nice to her but she is thankless and ungrateful like always and too demanding as well, wants to leave on her own conditions

On top of it she defends Randeep when he has almost ruined her dad’s business but blames and fights with Kabir for nothing.....when her father is busy checking last 8 year’s accounts she is busy lecturing him and defending Randeep instead of helping her father with his work

She didn’t even once feel like going to Guneet and hugging her or talking to her but was quick in judging her by telling her dad that Guneet shouldn’t have broken the roka

Nia’s character is selfish, self centered and a hypocrite, I feel bad for the good friend Kajal here who is blind in friendship

Also I don’t like the girl playing Nia, she is bland with her expressions be it romantic scene or anger or normal cit chat with her father or friends, the kind of expressions she has in scenes with Ambar are even more irritating...Nia’s scenes are mostly skipworthy for me..just my opinion

Being a HR person, I can tell you the NDA and Non Competence also comes in picture in cases of instant dismissal in India...like Nia’s....when the person is leaving/ fired without serving notice, there are certain agreements you got to sign

Nia had no right to give lecture to HR on how she will start from scratch and become a big tycoon someday, her entire behavior was unprofessional, she has some sense of entitlement because she has made a few apps but like Kabir told her, there are many talented people out there who are waiting for an opportunity like Nia has but she chose to kick this opportunity and thought company will dance to her tunes or function as per her convenience because she has done some good work, unfortunately it doesn’t happen like that

Also Ambar was wrong to encourage her behavior and decision by asking her to go to the office and show them their worth

just curious why would an employer not make the employee sign that at the point of job offer ? It’s pretty standard protocol in Canada to include this with the job offer so the employee makes an informed decision when signing on with the company. This covers the company at any given situation

They wld as a standard clause but few wld bother reading the fine print on exit clauses at the time of joining. Or it may be a clause that kicks in only if sm employee leaves w/o notice.

I totally agree with u re Niya’s unprofessional & self-obssessed brat behaviour. Unfortunately the writers seem on track to normalise it and glorify her. They may even bear out the ridiculous track by making her & Kajal go on to start a very successful business, even worse - upstaging We-net, Shri & who knows even Kabir. And, I will not be surprised, she may do it in partnership with Randeep. Triumph of the unprofessional brats!

As for Ambar he is the shining example of underachieving entitled arrogance - “hum Sharmas” - on which Niya has been nourished. So naturally he will applaud & support her in this nonsense.

Like Bana said on previous page, it is signed at the time offer is made, but in cases of Layoffs, leaving on mutual agreement and in cases of instant dismissal this agreement is signed again as many people don’t bother to read it while joining or because they might have joined years back and may not remember the clauses now
